are you serious? he emailed me a week or so ago because of the pics yall posted in this thread asking me to close it in exchange for the full amount owed to me and then changed his mind later. that pisses me off. im not waiting anymore, if i dont hear from him im notifying the fbi contact i have as well as the da here and there to proceed with their investigation as it looks like im not going to get anything back from this kid.

i have been in constant contact with them, their efforts to pursue a case against him (my case anyways) hinge on my being able to confirm that he is continuing to act in a fraudulent manner without making reparations for his actions.

so they know about the whole thing and im basically saying, arrest him, fine him, whatever.

between my story and the corroborating evidence from mine and several other cases ive collected concerning him, he is in the felony range for mail fraud, internet fraud, wire fraud(?) and a few other offenses.

Yeah, it has been way past time to nail this guy. Anyone who has not reported him to the police needs to do so. Pressure needs to be pressed on the authorities to ensure multiple counts of felony charges are pressed against him based on his actions. He has admitted on this site that he knowingly and intentionally committed fraud.

If you have not reported anything, start with the local police. Then report here:

Internet Crime Complaint Center

Then I would contact the post office or whomever you used as the "shipper of product". If you used the Post Office, they whould be pretty active in trying to nail his azz. Finally, I would check with the FBI as he is doing this to a large number of people in multiple states. They will press to nail him as well.

Some years ago I almost got scammed on Ebay. I tracked the guy's home phone and his Dad answered. With my best "Gino" voice I explained to Dad that it was either your son pays or we stop for a visit. Two weeks later everybody received an apology and their money back.

The power of persuassion....I bet this looser stills lives or depends from his parents and they can be a good influence in times as these. You can use them to your advantage. But I will still get law enforcement involved for sure.
