I finally got an email back from him after I caught him on Zilvia. He told me that mine stuff had been shipped 2 days ago. I don't think it takes something more than 3 days to come from Greensboro to Boone (about 100 miles). He couldn't find a tracking number so we'll see if it gets here.

Why do you hope he's broke? As long as you get your seats back why does it matter if he has money left over?

It doesn't seem it though, if you'd browse Zilvia.

He recently tried to buy this 800$ car and just posted about it yesterday, then tried to buy stuff off of It'sMillerTime.

Then he defended NEOTech (sends out ****ty motors all the time, word has it) and the guy that talked back to Alec (guy that got screwed over by NEOTech) got banned. Lawl.

Yea he keeps putting me off. My seatbelts supposedly shipped out on Tuesday so if they aren't here tommorrow I'm going to go ahead and start taking care of my problem. It doesn't take something shipped from Greensboro to make it to Boone (less than a 100 miles). I'm not screwing with anything on zilvia anymore if this is the crap I have to go through everytime I'm on there.

if you have receipts from your shipment to him and he says he never got it then you can get him for mail fraud... felony charges. if you sent money via paypal you can get him for wire-fraud... also a felony. bust his ***.

Yea I never got anything today so I guess I've been screwed. You know I am going to be down that way for New Years. I may have to do that. Yea mine was through paypal so I guess I'll have to turn it in through them, my credit card, and zilvia (like that matters) and see what kind of **** I can get him in.

Go to PayPal if it hasn't been 30 days and dispute it and get your money back. Disputes are only eligable for up to 30days. But report it to the cops, as per the form earlier in this tread. Put this a$$hole behind steel and beefy, meaty bars.

Well I have been there 100 times - Paypal will only get you your money if the seller has the funds in their account. Trust me nobody ever keeps money in their Paypal account unless they are getting ready to buy something. Plus they take out a $25 fee to try and get your Money back.It really makes me feel like Paypal and their fees are pretty much a waste of money - and give a false sence of security!Well thats me and my 2 cents.Best way is always pay with a credit card - the credit card co. will do everything in their power to help you out!

I've still got a few days to turn it in to paypal but since I paid for it with a credit card through paypal, that is where I am going first. Paypal is a major pain in the *** when it comes to getting anything back from a deadbeat. It seems like you are getting punished for getting screwed. Why not lock up there account and make them pay the $25 recovery fee like a returned check? Its a lot of trouble for $67 but I'm not letting him take it for free. This is 3 times I've been screwed on a set of seatbelts in a year. I guess its not meant for me to where one

well yeah it dont matter if its $1 - money is money - and you should get what you pay for. Its just way to easy to rip people off on the internet - because if its under $200 your really not going to get any money back after fees - losing s/h money etc - most people will just give up and say ok I got screwed lesson learned - so thats how the internet scammers make away with so much $$ so easily and no trouble at all.

I wouldnt doubt that the Alec kid gets away with everything scott free - not even a slap on the wrist - and thats just sad.Everybody was all like awwwwww we should give this guya second chance - everybody deserves second chances - but see where that got you right!

A scammer will always be a scammer - they just get better at it.

This thread has become way to drawn out - where is the justice - thats what I have been waiting on - to see how the whole internet fraud issue turns out - cause im sure unless you got big bucks in the scam it wont even be looked at!

And as far as this Alec kid - he is actully better off than he was before - seems to me - I will just go ahead and call on this whole situation!

Why is this taking so long to bust the kid? Haven't the authorities been contacted? What's the time frame before we see any real action?

well I went out to Oakridge (Greensboro) last week to get some parts - and the seller there said he knew Alec and that he lived there in town??

I am pretty sure you could pay what is it peoplefinder.com??? to find him for you - or at least his parents.

Maybe someone on here knows as well? search through this thread there was some of his addresses on here at one time.

Welcome aboard, JerseyGirl.

I'll be glad to assist any way I can... There's a lot of his contact info in this thread, and he still posts here on occasion.

Alec, get your a$$ in here, looks like you've done something stupid AGAIN.

How much did you pay for it?

Sorry, but you also need to explain to your son/daughter not to buy a car without the Bill of Sale and Title completly filled out and looked over..This situation could have been easily avoided. But that doesn't give him the right to take advantage of your son/daughters trust. Nor to scam.

We know that know and that was our stupidity. But it doesn't give him the right to keep taking advantage of people.
