Forgive my stupidity, but what is it you trimmed in those last 2 pics before your lugnuts??

Also, please keep me in mind when you start selling the oil plates.

ok well the bad news continues to get worse! i just got mail back from a certain company about my suspension! and i placed the order on the 25th of june for my k-sport gt pro's with custom z32 rear lower perches! i spoke with this company on the 25th and placed the order during the same phone call, they guarunteed them to be done in time for me to make it to import alliance! well the email i recieved just said it would take 5-10 business days from yesterday, the 15th, before they'll even be ready to ship! wtf!!!!!!!! i'm so pissed off! the whole reason i placed the order a month in adavance was so i could have them in time!!! so if anyone was looking forward to seeing the ride @ import alliance i seriously doubt it's gonna make it! oh well this just gives me more time to make sure there isn't anything rushed together! i would prefer to take my time and do things right the first time! im a perfectionist so probably better that way! enough rambling back to work!

so import alliance was full of disasters for me and my crew, but all in all i had a good time finally met elwesso, repoman and azhitman! my buddy's car broke down, then my truck broke down towing his car on the car dollie and that cost me a $630 tow bill! took the danger ranger up to the dealer to have diagnosed but i already knew what it was, the upstream catalytic converter took a crap and clogged up the downstream cat! that cost me a $100 then another $60 at the exhaust shop! then on the way home my other friends steering rack went out and stripped out the worm gears in the rack, we limped it another 70 miles to a honda dealer and they wouldn't even look at it! pist me off! then went to goodyear and they were booked, then finally got to sears where they looked at it and by then we had no choice but to fix the first car that broke down and put the last car on the dollie! after that we manage to make it home but the 7-8 hr trip took 14 hrs! the things we do for cars!

Now I'm really mad I didn't get to go to Import Alliance. I live about 30 minutes from the super speedway, but I had to work both days. I'm glad to see that your car is taking leaps and strides toward being finished. I hope you don't have any more bulls*** car problems haha.

ok so i haven't posted i a while because my camera got destroyed, the lil mini me daughter version of myself decided to use it as some kind of bashing tool! idk but what ever she did it's totally useless! so got a new camera and shot some pics of recent progress. so that's the rear end completed and on the ground, coilovers are temporarily adjusted 2 inches shorter than the eibach sportlines that were on the car when i bought it. newest toy that i purchased to further my fabrication skills and to help keep my beast together. latest patch panels that i welded in, found a huge rust cavity in the dr side inner fender, so i had to cut that out and repair it. and another one on the pass side strut tower! shaved the battery tray and some other bracket on the dr side. removing the seam sealer so i can stitch weld the bay. here is my hybrid p/s pump, its the stock Q45 pump with a 93' maxima pulley and internals, i swapped the internals so that the smaller pulley wouldn't overturn the Q's pump! i also had to bore the pulley out to fit on the Q's pump shaft, interested to see how this works out. so here is the front xmember, notched for the headers, sandblasted, prepped, and undercoated. installed the rack with brand new z32 inner tierods and boots from spl, with stock oem outer tierods. modified heat shields on my stock spindles to accept the z32 front rotors. the rest of my frontend parts painted up. custom clutchline bracket i built out of some scrap parts, and that's it for tonight will hopefully post soon with more updates!

Hey man looking goood!!!

I like how your taking TONS of pictures. You can never take too many.

I like going back and looking at some of my old pictures from time to time. Really helps if you cant remember what you did.

What did you use to bore out that pump? You manage to put it on a lathe or mill somehow?
