Just as an FYI, you can bypass the IACV all together as well. These motors idle quite well without them.
Also, only the FPR goes to Vacuum, the damper actually goes to atmosphere (post MAF pre TB) according to the FSM. The FPR is on the same side of the engine as the TB, and there is a convenient vacuum port on the back of the manifold to connect it to. The damper is on the other side and I just leave it connected to nothing rather than plumbing it into the intake tube.
