My 94 Civic Si had Mugen logo on the taillights.

But then again, I had the Mugen intake and exhaust on it. :)

15" Momo Quasar wheels (non-rice) but I *did* have the projector headlights and euro side markers and clear corners...

Pix are in Member's Rides... Not sure if it's rice or not. I was too old for those fads.

Man I have seen the pics of that civic. I think it looked really good. IMO though picturing you driving it would be very amusing.

My cars were mostly all too white trash to rice them out. Two out of three 510's were primer. One completely grey, one primer red on top and down the B-pillars, the rest primer grey (w 235/35/13 tires... yeah, try finding replacements for that ridiculously stupid size).

The Starion had a nice paintjob, but I already admitted to those stickers, displayed in blatant, pull me over stupidity.

Doesn't look bad at all...

Having said that, why does everybody pick those cars out of any Honda to mod? I know at least three guys back home who have put B18s in them.

I will say however that they are more roomy than 240s. :(

IDK, but if I were to get a 92-95 Civic, it'll be a hatch. If I were to get a 96-00 It'll be a coupe. Either one with a splash of Mugen here and there. From time to time I tend to think about getting a red 96-00 coupe, do a swap, add a carbon fiber hood and maybe gunmetal w/chrome lip, but not sure about the kind of rims. Then I look at 240s and Id rather have an S14 as my first car instead of the Civic.

LMAO... oh well you can find a hemi for him and sell it to him. And when you get that forklift to crush his little civic with that hemi you can laugh inside.

ok here is my ricer confession... i had an accord once... lowered it about 3 times till i had no suspension left and was about 2 inches from the ground... got an exaust... and another one. Had blatantly loud stickers on the hood the doors and the trunk. purple city lights, purple reverse lights, and limo tint all around. it was stick though and the limo tint was cool when i didnt need to back up or look left or right and it was cool rolling it down for that cop that gave me the ticket to remove it. oh did i mention that i sprayed my back lights in tamia paint? yeah it got foggy but i was so ultra cool. hmm i gotta scan a picture of that car... it was nice, and i do miss the posh roomieness but yeah, in retrospect a maxima would have been a better choice. NISSAN BABY!

The reason I would want to mod a little eg6 is because they are my favorite style civic. I don't know what it is about them but they are neat little bastards.

I think its b/c theyre so light, and somewhat cheap, that'd be the only reasonable explaination I can think of, b/c they're pretty ugly if you ask me. I know if you ride through my town just once, you'll see at least 4 or 5 of them.

Must have someone else's, b/c the floor mats and steering wheel cover weren't there when I bought the car, as much as I hate to admit.

Thanks skwerel.

I guess it fit me when I bought it in 95 (I was 25), but at 30 I was starting to grow weary of geeks revving on me at every stoplight. :rolleyes

wow, I really do think Ive got most of you beat. I only wish I had pictures as proof. wait, i just remembered i do, lucky you guys envision if you will... 1988 VW Jetta GLI, the 16v one in the original bright red that they came in. History, I bought the car as a $500 beater since I had recently wrecked my car. When I got the car, it had some Ultra 15in chrome wheels that stuck out mexican style along with blown front and rear struts. also there was severe damage to the hood and nothing electrically worked. I didnt care, it drove. I then proceeded to put about 4 black lights inside, a glowing shift knob, and the most ghetto stereo with a nissan stock tape player and some crappy stock 6x9s of some sort with no rear deck lid. I did replace the hood with a nice straight one, only it was charcoal in color, i never painted it either (goin for fake carbon fibre look now that I think about it). front grill and one headlight held on with wires, along with one busted hood hinge. motor mounts were busted also had oil leak. I drove it in that condition for at least 5-6 months before really attempting to fix anything untill the clutch went out. I proceeded to chang the mounts and clutch and switch to kyb gr2 shocks before my mom made me basically give it away. honestly, the pics dont really do it justice as to how bad it really was, ironically my next car happened to be a 240, sitting very nicely behind the jetta. dont worry guys, you all have turned me from the dark side, although I honestly was never quite there. I did attend autox events and was starting to learn what really needed to be done to make a car worth driving. luckily I came across you guys and have taken in so much info I find myself educating many others that were once in my shoes. anyways, now for the pics...

Please dont hate on me too much, I really aint like this no more.

Josh

No hating from my end. Though I skipped out on the rice fad as well. I was all about camaros, mustangs and Vettes before Initial D came out and 3-4 of my friends and I got hooked on imports. (One friend had an 86 hatch, another had an FC Turbo and Prelude SE, another had a 4ws prelude, and me and my 180sx).

The only problem i have now, is in the past year i've changed my mind 10000000000x about what I really want out of a car. I'm nissan to the core, but I keep changing my mind. Sil-80, s13 silvia, s14 silvia, GT-R R32.. This dilemma has been hitting me for the past 13 months and it's starting to tick me off.

I do however want to have an 86' hatch for novelty(i'm thinking black) to go next to my Nissan...

No body kits to any car, no neon lights, no flashy paint schemes. It's all about what's under the hood that I care about. :D

My first import was a 1991 n/a FC3S. First mods were a Weapon-R air "intake" (really just a filter and a MAF adapter) and kanji latex that said "chaos" down the side. Sitting at a stop light one day, a couple of asiain guys stood and laughed at my car...right in the middle of the road in front me in the crosswalk. I went home, pulled off the latex and ordered a $1500 exhaust and suspension mods.
