i tweaked short ram intake yesterday

do you feel a difference with the intake? i just put a drop in K&m on mine.

ps: a wire tuck will help.

before the extension, i felt no difference with stock intake box and the short ram. but after that 45 degree extension, it actually improved throttle response.

and yea.. gotta do something with those red grounding wires. its really hard to conceal them especially being so red.

how much did the Raammat cut down on road noise and stuff? do you think it's really worth it to get?

i used a full roll and it cut down lots of road noises. also resonating floor panel due to catback exhaust was reduced to minimal too. overall well worth the $120.

Was thinking to trade 240 for something more practical that doesn't attract cops but decided to keep it little longer.

Also dyed gray carpet and seats with SEM's Flexible Coating (Satin Black) for plastic panels and fabrics and peeled off the door panel fabrics. Now my interior is full black except the gray roof panel.

wow. Your car is amazing. Those side skirts with that lip are the perfect body kit for a 240sx. That and lowered on coilovers with nice wheels is all a 240 needs along with tinted windows... I think I just described your car. Seriously that thing is perfect.

But seriously dude why is it still an auto?? I can't stand nissan 3 speed automatics... even for an auto they're terrible.

some sections are scraped and some are just layered on top. it killed lots of resonance coming from the exhaust plus some road noise.

almost all of the mods on the list were done this year. simply too much money spent in a year. gonna wait till stock ka dies out and do a full engine/transmission swap
