IT sucks that u guys gotta wait for your mounts. I do think that its reasonalbe, fair that you are sick of waiting them and now are seeking a refund. It just sucks cause i feel for him that hes is sstill growing has a business and does not have all the resources to do all of it him self, Because obviously he does not have all the tooling required to make the mounts all at his shop. Most likely its the fact that hes getting d!ck around by the people who he outsources for raw materials to fabricate the mounts. I can attest to the fact that he is a really good guy who knows his ****, and will work with anyone on helping them with their car. I guess it just sucks being the small guy, cause he handles a huge work load, but deffinitly puts out quality products and excellent prices. Not like some other unmentioned compaines that mass produce sub-par mounts. sorry dude its sucks and i feel for ya.

well smartass...hes been building the motor for 3 years and need THIS to finish it off.

I really dont care how "nice" of a guy he is, but if he is not level with customer, then thats bad business. I dont know if you guys remember daunttless from Afterdark tuning back in '03 or so....really nice guy...but d!ck me out 3k

See this is what I don't get... an email takes what? 10-20 seconds max? just for a quick answer, simple as that. I cant ****ing stand it when a company is horrible with emails and contact, just because they know why your **** is taking so long, or hasn't arrived yet doesn't mean the customer does.

Its just nice to know just to get an idea, this is the way I see it, I don't care if their time estimate is now off, and its not want I'd like to hear, but at least its an answer, not answering just makes one feel like they company doesn't give a **** and you might not ever get your item.

Just take this as an example guys even when selling personal car parts on forums using paypal. Communication is KEY to making a customer happy.

Good luck with getting a hold of them, I have a local Low Life Kustoms in my area... they specialize in systems, and donks..... o.O

This is going to be horrible for his company being posted on the RB forums on NICO. But i feel no remorse for someone who wont even stay in contact with the buyer. even if it is taking super long

very true.

I have nothing against these guys personally. I actually wish them well and prosper. I'm thrilled that there are more parts and more options in the market now due to innovation and people like them that offer such services.

However, when push comes to shove it doesn't matter what you did or do before. Hence, the Hennissey Viper situation. Awesome cars and parts, had rep, then started to push over customers, now where are they?

Anology for the thread. Yes you operate a petting zoo for kids out of your own pocket, how nice. But when found petting the kids instead of the animals your done for.

Cool down bro. I know you are excited to get that motor in the car asap. Being a hot head about it will only make your situation worse. It's like taking a flight somewhere and your transfer flight is delayed 4 hours. Being pissed and fussy ain't going to make the plane come any faster.

When dealing with business, keep your emotions out of it. Believe me you will make more business friends and sweet deals.

I was suppose to get a motor in 7 weeks. Instead it turns out to be 4 months before the motor came. The guys were impressed that I was cool with it when we talked on the phone. So impressed that I got 30% off the next motor order.

Don't keep cool because you might get something out of it in the end. But it's good character.

i kept cool the first 3 times he told me one more week, now he said they are gunna ship on a day, and he disappears WTF.... i honestly tried to hold out for his mounts i really did, but i cannot anymore i just want my money back or my mounts NOW. like i stated earlier, i am a very laid back person, i never stressed him over this, i kept a quiet demeanor, i dont like putting his company on blast on a public forum, i would rathered handled this between us, but when i feel he is turning his back to a PAYING customer, then i have a problem....

Ya they wont answer or return any of my calls or e-mails, suposibly they sent out my driveshaft over a week ago; here's the funny part I live 3 hours away from allentown. It does not take more than 2 days for something to be shipped by UPS from allentown to waverly. I left them a message today that either they give me proof that the driveshaft has been sent out or I take further action. I figure either file a claim against them in small claims court or report them to the state police.

I spoke with them a little under 6 months ago and I wasn't too impressed with there customer service. I called there and the "secretary" answered the phone and gave sh** because I asked a few questions about the mounts and downpipe. I spoke with who I assumed was the owner and was even more unimpressed. Decided immediately that it was better for me to fabricate my own mounts then to deal with their sh**. Very happy I did, good luck getting your money back man.
