also in this same thread it is talked about that someone has paid thousands to a company and cannot get a tracking number or even a REASON why they have not received anything!! I keep people step by step updated on parts that they bought for a discount while they were UNDER DEVELOPMENT!!!!!!! and we are talking about a fraction of that money, and yet you pick on me for my name???? This forum is unbelievable.I would also assume that this post will be taken down just like any other time you say anything that isnt kissing the but of the moderator, but it should be said, and since this thread is all about making me a scapegoat I might as well say it here.
DJ this isnt so much directed at you, even though you would be in the group that I thought was better than judging a shop that you can see their work in front of you and can only fixate on the name printed on a business card. I sincerly hope you are not that closeminded in other areas of your life.
The name is a FUNNY PLAY ON WORDS PEOPLE!!!!!!!! we do alot of lowered cars and started as a car club about 12 years ago. I am very very sad that I misjudged so many people, and gave so many more credit than they obviously deserved. I never thought so many people would be this childish and closeminded, and humorless. Every day, we say a car is "sick" or "killer" or " bada**" or "crazy" any of a hundred phrases like that, and you people make a stink, and more importantly you have the balls to pass JUDGEMENT on this company for the same type of sarcasm that spews out of your mouths on a daily basis. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. This company was started to give everybody a fair shake, and not to be like all the other places out there that just bolt stuff on and try to get the most amount of money out of you as possible. We even spend countless hours of R&D OFF THE CLOCK to help people get things that work just as well or better than other brands but cost them less.
This is what I get for trying to help out the nissan community. and help people that arent rich still get a cool car built. A simple "thanks" would have been fine, but I got stuck with a group of people that would rather do things like this instead. I am really starting to see why Jon Powell got out of the RB community.

I am on no bandwagon son. I am on my own program. I stand by making a point about your name, read back some where I explain why. Your name implies a lack of professionalism and underhandedness and you are living up to that it would seem. Maybe if you spent less time worrying about me commenting on your "companies" name and more time, oh I don't know GETTING PEOPE THEIR **** THAT THEY HAVE PAID YOU FOR! this thread would not exist. Handle your business Mr. "lowlife" and quit screwing my members over.

Alright, I will help you. Let me help you run your own business because you seem to have trouble. Here is what you should do, seriously, no sarcasm.
step onecompile a list of outstanding orders
step twowhat's on the shop's shelves that can fill the orders?
step threecontact suppliers, what can be at my doorstep tomorrow morning?
step fourany orders that cannot be shipped by COB tomorrow immediately refund
step fivenotify all outstanding orders that the item will ship today, tommorow, or be refunded today.
step sixcome in here and give a status report
If you did that I think you would regain a lot of confidence you have lost. People don't want excuses they want action. Your suplier ****ed you, too bad, customers did'nt give money to your supplier, they gave money to you and they want product not excuses. I know it sucks but it's how it works in business. You are responsible for the actions of your supplier. Customers don't want to hear about what you can't do, they want to know what you can do. Take immediate action, ship what you got, refund what you can't, immediately. That will be the best thing to do. Don't come in here whining, that is wasting time and adding fuel to the fire.
