As a side note, I think from my experience with the thread and this forum I will start the process of changing my companies name to something more easily accepted.

How about, Happy Happy Sunshine-type R- I love performance import cars-and I love all things sweet and cute-I will conform to whatever sounds best to people- customs, Inc. I will even change the spelling back to the proper spelling of customs because good forbid you do anything different than what has been done a thousand times and spice things up a bit.

I think I will also contact Slowboy racing and let them in on what I have learned. That due to their name, they must make slow cars and/or must be slow themselves, and that there is no possibility of people getting the sarcasm, or irony in their name and that they should change it right away.I think they will be very pleased that I brought this to their attention, haha.

I believe you are 100% right, and I guess I should have stopped going on and on, but I was a little fired up for awhile as I am sure you would have been if you were in my shoes. Its hard not to take it personal when the business you have built comes under fire and you feel it is whole or in part unjust. I have learned some things for sure. I think you have a good system for keeping people informed and I will be looking to do something very similar in the future, it is just not possible right now. You are lucky and have other people around with the job of doing just that, I wish I had that because most, if not all of this could have been avoided.I am at least trying to find some humor in all of this instead of dwelling on the negative any longer, as I hope whoever else reads this will do.

I dont know what you are talking about but you either got some bad info or misunderstood, so sorry for any confusion, but you are mistaken.7K for a perfect R33 RB26 maybe, or 7K for an R32 RB26 with all of the parts you need to do the swap yourself, thats possible, but I would have never told you 7K for an R32 RB26.

part ship or refunds ship, two things I want to hear from you. Anything more than that is smoke and mirrors. If your customers are not happy you do not have a sucessful business. Stop talking about how you have been slighted for a day, tie up your loose ends and the problems cease. It's that simple. You have added more weight to the opinion that you are not a good vendor to deal with by your actions here and inactivity in the real world than any posts made by slighted customers. Customers want product or their money NOW, not excuses, not empty promises. Do eet!

have you read the thread? the parts were shipped before you said that, and received, and the refund has already been received and acknowledged. What smoke and mirrors are you talking about? there was no smoke and no mirrors to begin with.and just because someone had a complaint does not mean you dont have a successful business, if that was true every business with a customer service department would be considered a failure because they have a customer complaining at the counter.

Your statements are no help and seem stupid. All complaints have already been taken care of.I got criticized for not responding to people and you bashed me, so I respond to people and you criticize me and say it makes me look bad? Which is it????All you want to do is give me a hard time it seems. I make good stuff for people at a good price, sometimes s*** happens. I fixed it. Can we move on now?

customer service- you cant make everyone happy all of the time no matter how hard you try. Its just human nature, people are different, it happens.

try keeping your customers happy and not being a douche about some empty threats your pissed off customers made twords you.

again, im here for my members. not you. so dont expect me to bend over and lay down for whatever things you say on here to attempt to save your image.

Erik, don't even sweat it. It seems like that moderator has it out for you for some apparent reason. He just wants to get your blood boiling. Plus he has to get in the last word. You've done what you had to do...now ITS OVER.

To clarify my status here on the forum and straighten things out with LLC when I posted my comment up I was not trying to raise my shop on some kind of ladder. Calling me a lier is also very untrue, I'm going to keep my cool in this situation and let your ranting against me go. I can say what I said is what I found with the car weather or not your shop was the one that did it may not be completely true but is what I was told by the cars owner. This is my formal apology to LLC and I truly should have kept my mouth shut here and learned from LLC's mistakes. Erik I wish your business well and I hope we can come to some sort of business truce in this situation.ThanksBrad
