Whoops, that sucks. At least its just another bend and another hole to drill in the bracket.

I couldn't get my damned manifold on the studs last night, the holes weren't wide enough on a couple. I could get just the top or just the bottom holes lined up, but never all of them. I even tried torching them. Then I tried to drill them out but the stupid bit kept getting snagged. Finally I said 'eff it' and broke out the Dremel. That should fix it. Also took the time to gasket match and port the exhaust.

Still need to run my boost controller into the car and plumb my wastegate lines.

Why can't you ever call us beautiful ladies? Or angels?
We deserve better than cooking you dinner and scrubbing the s*** stains out of your underwear.

I still can't make myself get over the 7" form factor too... The whole reason I got rid of my 7" HTC Tablet was because I didn't use it once I got my GNex. I feel like i'd do the same thing if I picked up the N7 eventually. I probably will get another tablet eventually, but I think i'll wait and see what comes out later this year, or the first part of next year.
Boo. Now that I've used the 7 for a while, I'm not sure how I ever enjoyed the size and weight of the iPad. I don't see myself interested in another tablet for a while. Unless a new Nexus device comes out. :gapteeth:

Oh it was hard to talk myself out of it. I just have other things the money can be used on right now. I will likely end up getting something between Christmas and tax season, and because I'm a nerd and I know I can only hold off so long.

Verizon's phone choices suck balls right now. The S3 is great, but you can get it on all other major US carriers, too. Meanwhile, T-Mobile, Sprint, and AT&T all offer phones that give the S3 a run for it's money, and will have significantly faster phones very soon.

The S3 is a great phone, though. I just HATE Samsung's Touchwiz interface, so there's no way I could not root and hack one if I owned it.
The biggest thing about the S3 is that it was supposed to be The Next Big Thing in Android phones, but Samsung took so long to release the damn thing that everyone else already had equivalent (or superior) phones available by the time it happened. So don't go for the Galaxy S3 just for its name. It has a FANTASTIC CPU (the Snapdragon S4, same chip I've grown very fond of in my HTC One S) and it has a great display (AMOLED screens are GORGEOUS). But if you hold out a little while you'll be able to get phones with quad-core variants of the same processor. Or you could hold out for something with Tegra3.

You definitely can't lose with the Galaxy S3. But you can still win elsewhere, too.

Verizon's supposedly getting LG's Optimus G as the new Blaze in November. That's probably the phone I'd wait for. Snapdragon S4 Pro (quad core). Big pretty screen. Big battery.

i had to jump on a new phone as my old one wasn't going to survive anymore in my hands. i grabbed an s3. it's fantastic, imo. i'm not a tech nerd in the least bit, so it more than exceeds all my expectations. i wouldn't know what to do with anything mod said. hell, i'm not even sure he was speaking english.
