Ikenti is the speedstars leader S13 guy. Itsuki is the loud irritating friend.

Nakazato is the the coolest, even though he never wins =)

it's in the second stage. The first time ikenti gets to see the motor in the gas station...

Mad with all due respect i am not a coutch drifter. I'm not a drifter at all but Inital D is a wonderful cartoon. Have you seen any of the episodes? It isn't just about some bonehead kid who drives a corolla to voctory. It goes mutch deeper than that. Maybe it's just because I'm 22 and it kinda speaks to me about times i have just recently gone through... You should really check it out if you havn't.

I'll mail you the first several episodes if you would like...

oah and btw i'll bet your a trekkie :D you know how it is

I have watched it, it's entertaining and for the most part technically accurate. Some things are stretched a little but it is after all a cartoon so I don't complain, I mean the Coyote should have been dead three times an episode:D I'm not hating but some people get a little too into it, kind of like trekkies y'now. It's like that with anything but I often see people quoting the toon as if it were Option magazine and I have to laugh. Drifting is fun, I did it when I was a younger guy here and I will srill kick out the tail when the mood strikes me. Just be careful out there, curbs show no mercy, I learned the hard way :(

Thats cool... i get a little defensive pretty mutch all the time... (scope out the no replacement for displacement thread!) It's a good toon and i never quote it more than i would quote office space or Holy Grail.

Not really, there is no turbo on that engine, hence no high boost.

hell, my gundam models on my shelf are more realistic than 2F2F. Attack of the 60 foot centerfold is more realistic than 2F2F.

and we all know that the technical advisors don't know what the heck they're talking about. in F&tF, they pointed at some hondas and started talking about SR20's (possible to do, but nobody would sell an SR20 to a honda kid [hopefully])

I read somewhere that Paul Walker bought a track (drag or circuit, dunno) and a skyline after the first movie, so he could know what hes talking about. Of course, Im not sure, just telling you what I read somewhere.

EDIT: Confirmed that Paul does in fact own a GTR (silver Vspec) from Motorex, its mildly modded with most bolt on aftermarket parts, estimated around 400hp. Dunno about the track part though.

i heard him bein interviewed sayin he owns an r34, didnt mention the track though. He may or may not know what up thith the motor still, he could have the "i dont know how it works, i just know its fast" attitude...

i read in some magazine that the skyline in 2F2F wasnt really a GT-R, They just used a 3 or 4 GTS-T's dressed up like skylines (and beat the crap out of them).

I didnt mind the first one, but when watching the 2f2f at a public showing at my college, i couldnt take it anymore. It gets annoy when the incredibly mis-informed are telling their even more mis-informed freinds "oh that pink car with the girl driver is a RX-7" and "Im going to get nitrous for my car so i can race" (real quotes from when i was at the movie by the way)
