freakin nice tires! I ordered the 535 series but man i'm hoping to hear good things about their super high performance 595s that you got man.

Tires look SICK. I'll love the staggered setup!

Sucks about PBM, i have a buddy also waiting for them to clear .

His rear shocks r blown, u should see it bounce on tein springs lol.

Nice update ben haha thats cool i just picked up my Federals last thursday still need to get them mounted. Your really going to like these tires.

just make sure when you get them mounted on your wheels the rotation mark located on the sidewall is going in the forward direction

The tread which looks like an A or an arrow or a V points toward the front.

It would suck if they got mounted on the wrong way like some of my dumb freinds have done in the past lol.

His sr needs rebuilt. I think the turbo is leaking because theres oil throughout his IC piping. He says cylinder 4 is going bad too.

Ok now i see so hes just replaceing his ol blown tien springs shocks with new PBM coils and now hes waiting on the pbm coil. I figured that because they have to come from JAPAN land first so you def Know its going to take a while to get to your door.

this is how you build a car fro mthe ground up

haha i am havign way to much fun with these. cant wait tell the elites are in stock.

well tonight i decided to clean the shop went out there and swept the hole thing moved soem stuff around and got down my old wheels for my 240 that i am going put on my accord. check out this the wheels that were on the car when i boughtit are on the right, the wheels and tires i bought in august o nthe left. and my new ons in the middle. 4 of either of the old tires is less then three of the new haha

just another one me playing around with them lined up by the car

and some of my dads mr2 "the competition" haha right

and one of my car after i wiped the 5 months of dust of it.

so i check to see waht coeds my ecu woudl throw and it said 55. so i am like wtf haha.

when i shim the head i am going make sure the timing is dead one for everything.

yes i will be selling them. they are esplier lowering springs. lower it 1.5 and 2 i believe. i had the specs some where. lol just Google 240 sx eslpiler. i think they are like 180 brandnew. even thought i dont have my new suspenssion yet. i would pull these off and sell them if your interested. do like 75$ shipped cause i havea feeling they will expand when i take then off so shipping would be a little more then normal. 75 shipped would be 55 for the springs 20 shipping hit me back if your interesed

SO i think i tracked my problem downcombination of 3 things the cam timing and ignition timing i think the cams maybe of one tooth and the shims area part of it so i adjusted the timing just by losening the cas and twisting it clock wise and i did this twice just a little bit at a time each time and the 2nd time it fired up and ran for a whilebut vacuum is still between5-3 so that means a cam deal which would make sense me having to adjust the igniton timing forward to get itto spark at the right time and the shims not making the valve open all the way at the right time. i think when i shim the head i will check to make sure the cams are DEAD on which i bet they arnt and so then i will fix the shims and cam timing which inturn would mean the igniton timing could be set right one to work instead of retarded'

plus i tested everything else unpluging the iacv and such and i ran codes after runing the engine to operating temp and i get 55.

so i guess it is just time to wait until i get the shim tool made to fix the problems

both are off i think...that intake cam is off too

best bet is to just lay the cams in, torque them down, and they should darn near be in the right spot.

thanks man^....

I still need to shim the head just fora safety precaution so my cams dont wear out fast along with my rocker arms.

I cant wait tell PBM gets my suspension stuff in stock.

And depending if Phase 2 gets my wheels in stock soon or not, i will end up buying a q45 break upgrade and HLSD next month.

april will be the month of body work. my goal is to have it painted by the end of april. then i can start doing interior stuff.

But she is coming together. got the biggest hump out of the way.
