Spray some WD40/PBlaster around them, let it soak, and pull them out with pliers...

That reason alone is why I always suggest top feed injectors and rail....so much easier to remove....
idahotuner wrote:you an me both WC. and that can be the only place i am having a problem because fp is set low and it is still flooding. and plus it take the fuel pump forever to pressurize the system. which makes me think it is cause it is leaking around the injectors as well.

how can i get the injectors out without damaging them though?
What injectors and what FPR did you end up using?

cody i kept the FPR you complained about. and i have deatsch werk injectors. 740cc i think they are leaking around the o ring so i am pulling them out to lub them up today.

going to add the subframe bushings too hopefully.

ok i will start out with some pictures i was able to take before the camera died wendsday when i was changing the frotn buhsingsonce everything was back togetherthe rack n pinion bushing that wasa pain

ok today i pulled the injectors out. and yes duffman the way you sugested worked GREAT. the two alen wrenches i used to get the injectors outinjectors laid out notice the first on the left is more purple. the number on it is 2 and all the others is 5 i thought that was interesting. but the instructions said color didnt matter.the rail with injectors out. i did stuff paper towels in here so no dirt could get in.i do think that this was the main reason for them not running right wass the o rings not sealing. well i lubed and oiled them up good and i oiled i nthe rail were the o rings go so it should be good now.

also tonight i put the 4 rear subframe inserts in went extremely smooth o nthe first two but the next ones werea little harder. ii only cussed twice i was proud of my self. I took enough pics to do a wrtie up on installing them but i am to lazy to do that now.

check out my dirty differential cover. so i will have it pulled apart and have a s15 HLSD in there. and i will pain the cover. you guessed it green to match lol..

how i heat the shop because i am to lazy to starta fire and let it warm up

the hks nipple on the BOV is small compared to the nipple o nthe intake manifold so i had to use a reducer and smaller vacuum line when hooking it upoh the threads on the hot pipe and bov flange were leaking so i used rubber form a gasket to make them seal.

and my eger nipple capped and my fpr line teed. not sure if you can tell really but yeah

kinda cool pic of my mishimoto radiator and greddy intercooler

so i think my turbo coolant line is leaking a little behind the head which sucks. well it hada half a drop formed on it but i know i tightened they damn thing down as tight as the little c clamp would go....but here are some pics up under my turbo

oh check this out. this is how we got rid of the bung on the greddy lower hot pipe that is jb weld and pop rivets. my dad did it and it is holding so far.

justa random pic of my sweet as* work mat haha

my exhaust all mounted up

so i have bypassed the clutch surge linesso i removed themin that^ pic you can see the only frame damage. that is what happens when you try driftin in the rain and slide out of the parking lot and get high centered on a rock.. nothing to bad will sand the rust off and spray rubber under coating on it.and the surge tank

here you can see the bypass job

and one havea part number for this boot?

here you can see my nice Tein Tie Rod innner and outer and boot

pic of the valve cover which will be off soon so i can reshim

pic of engine with everything hooked up

anda pic of my esplier lowering spring. wich will soon be replaced with PBM coilovers as soon as the shipment clear port.

Well only 12 more bushings to do and from looking at the rear suspension i think they will be pretty easy. i could do the sway bar bushings but i think i wont since the sway bars i will get come with new bushings.

so if any one wants to buy the sway bar bushing i will sell them 20 dollars shipped for front and rear and end links plus there are two sizes for the front bushing depending on what say bar you have.

i did open the packages but that was just to read the instructions.

looks really good. you might want to hang on to those bushings just in case. depending on what sway you get they dont come with bushings. i bought a cusco front sway bar brand new and it didnt have the endlink bushings.

everything looks good, except i dont like how the oil catch can is mounted, but that might just be me being crazy. i like the lines for the catch can as short as possible

Got my tires to day. i was wondering how they shipped them. lol just wrapped in cellophane. lol stacked liek thisFront wheel:Back wheel: here you can compare the hight difference bewteen the back tires on the left to the front on the rightwont take to much adjustment to make the car ride level.

and some width comparisons. the tiles on the floor are foot wide. fora comparison.

and out in my shop. this is the rear tire pushed all the way against the inner fender how far it sticks out even then.it will be close. i think the wheels i am getting with their off set and a little bit of camber will fit fine. i wont be going supper low. but it will look badas*more of the back here you can kinda see how they will sit.

cant wait for phase 2 to get the wheels in stock.

haha me and my sister being retarded.and our cats just for fun the white one is buster and the brown one is fire engine
