Nice choice, i have the same tires, 225/40/18. I got mine for 280 shipped though, haha. Glad everything is working out for you.idahotuner wrote:Got my tires to day
yeah mine are odd ball sized tires. 350 shipped was a great deal though.smocan wrote:

Reminds me.. I gotta fix my Ex leak... ugh..
Oh sure sure! I had put one together with it being a tooth off on the crank once, and we could only ever get the timing to adjust to 19 base, with the CAS at full click. Obviously the car spooled super fast, but it wouldn't have lasted there for long hehe.idahotuner wrote:thanks man. amazing how much of a difference 2 teeth makes
I have a set of those Federals on the back of my car, and LOVED them on track days. They don't last very long, but a nice 'bargain' tire IMO. Great in the rain too!idahotuner wrote:Yeah mine are odd ball sized tires. 350 shipped was a great deal though.
Yeah i dont plan on them lasting very long any how lol.codyace wrote:I have a set of those Federals on the back of my car, and LOVED them on track days. They don't last very long, but a nice 'bargain' tire IMO. Great in the rain too!
yes it is way easier that way. i would sugest pulling it with the motor mounts too. there is 3 bolts on the drive lline or you can undo all 6.. 4 for the transmission crossbrace. and the motor mounts are 2you want ot drain your transmission fluid before you do it though. cause more then likely the spline will pull out, and you want to take the shifter out too. then it will be easy.redtop91 wrote:Hey Ben. When you were taking out your SR did you leave the transmission on?
yeah man i am seriously thinking about recirculaying mine as well... but will decide once i get the spark timing set dead on. and then i drive it.homeslicej2 wrote:Lookin good man. I love the sound of my SSQV. I'm going to re-circ soon though.
