Yeah, check your fuses. And yes, you can buy the entire assembly. It might not fit quite right, but you can buy one.

You could also yank one out of a junk yard.

Thank you, I looked at it again. Did stock koukis come with a blue light that turns on to show you your lights are on? It seems that this blue light is spliced into the wire that leads to the cigarette lighter, would this affect it at all?

Also out of pure curiosity do stock s14 seat belts work with bucket seats i.e. buddy club racing seat?

That is kind of complicated. It is a pretty complex shape... not likes its just a cube of empty air under the hood.

You might want to start a new thread in 240 gen with something along the lines of "Anyone currently have an empty engine bay?".

Maybe you can get someone to measure it for you.

Replace them. Fastenal or other fastener places will be able to match just about anything.

You can also try running them through a wire brush or wire wheel (like on a bench grinder) to clean them up if replacing isn't an option.

I considered replacing them but basically every bolt I have is at least partially rusty. I remember reading about some liquid you can soak them in in HOT ROD but I can't remember the name of it.

You can use phosphoric acid. (please use safely) There are some rust removers out there, but I can't vouch for them. Wire brush works well, but if the rust damage alters the performance of the bolt, replace it. You don't want a bolt that the socket barely fits on or one with missing threads... I've replaced I don't know how many bolts. If you replace bolts, don't go stainless if it is structurally important, stick to steel. I'm a Class 8.8+ nut.

You can use an ATF+Acetone mix. I forget the exact ratio, but I think its 50-50. There is a thread on NICO about it.

It just looks like you need to pull it out on the right side and work the left out. (see the clips holding the left in?)

I just slam my car with coilovers and i did the alignment, but I didnt get the rear camber kit and you will problably know that the rear stock camber arms are maxout and the tire are incline in. so my question is there giong to be any problem with this, other that wear your tires a bit faster?

Your car will handle like crap, and you'll blow through tires a LOT faster, not just a little faster.

It looks to me like those things on top are spring clips... the same thing my Prelude uses. You might have to squeeze them one way or another, and then kinda remove them from a clip of some sort, and then they should swing out of the way, allowing the bulb to drop out.

I'm not 100% sure though. I'd have to feel it to tell you for sure.

you have to ask a member of the staff. I can't remember if I can do it directly (being a supermod), or if I have to relay the message to an administrator.

You can set them however you want. Lower one side if you are doing circle track or something, lower/raise the front or the back, or you can keep them all even...

i dont uderstand , i speak lit english can u be more specific please

cuz when the fronts are at the same height . one of the tires is closer to the fender than the other one?

you know that with stock suspension when u lift the car both tires raise at the same time so wat am saying is that mayb the coilovers have to be at the same height in order to both tires raise at the same time, so it will be wrong to put one more higher than the other one thats just my thoght, wat do u think papasmurff?????????

I think you can do whatever you want. If you want to raise one side, do it. If you like it the way it is, then run it. If you need to raise one side to make it even, that's fine. Whatever you want.

If it were me, I'd set it up so that you have equal amounts of wheel gap on each side. Just remember to get an alignment after you do it.

Why is there a horrible knocking noise coming from my front right wheel? This has only started happening TODAY, it's a knocking noise while at speed and it gets reduced to a squealing noise when at low speeds. The noise feels as if it's only active at a certain point of the wheels revolution. help guiz, i be poopin =[

Could possibly be a wheel bearing or an issue with the brakes. How do the brakes feel otherwise?

Brakes feel normal, though i've only had it for 2 weeks. And the wheel alignment seeems fine because it isn't pulling away to the right. Wheel bearing most likely do you think? If so is this a large repair job or is it fairly straightfoward.

What are the odds you can get a video or sound clip of it? The wheel bearing is fairly simple, but I would want to make sure that's the problem before buying a bearing.

SpeedEast is correct, its most likely a wheel bearing. It should get louder when you load that side of the car (like, when you turn as such to transfer the weight of the car to that side).

You can verify that it IS a wheel bearing by jacking the car up, and rocking the suspect wheel axially at the top and the bottom (pushing on the wheel at 12 o clock and 6 o clock, 1 at a time, inward toward the car). If there is any play whatsoever, its a wheel bearing.
