I was pulled over in my black 93 hatch because a Black ford probe was used as a getta way car for some hoodlums doing some vandalisms.Also I had an 89 pulsar and a few punks in a mustang tried to run me off the road and Jack my wheels. Lol. I called the police while trying to outrun them on the surface streets. I ran a yellow light while trying to get away. The mustang ran it when it was red. I got pulled over and tried to explain to the cop that the call over the radio he just got was me calling in and that I was the victim. Cop said well I already have you stopped. Haha. Ticket was dropped in court. My gf at the times mother was a dispatcher supervisor for the county. Said the deputygot so much crapfor letting the actual criminal get away.

I have two good stories like out of a movie.First story: Its Friday, first year of college, living in a dorm, me and three of my classmates just got out of class. To start the weekend we drive off campus to a spot to pray to our Jah god with a 2 foot bong offering, and just so happened to be a church parking lot across the street from campus, We pulled in and there was a cop talking to a group of very young kids, so we all ended up piling into my car and getting the hell out of there. But no such luck, they were immediately on our tail but now there were two cop cars behind us and they were blocking both lanes, I proceeded to say 'oh f**k were done for' and I pull into this apartment complex and turned off the car. They get out of there cars and tell us with the blare horns to keep our hands up and step out, I look in the review mirror and they have shot guns pointed at our heads. We all get out and they only handcuff two of my friends made them kneel while me and my other buddy got to stand up without hand cuffs. The wirly bird was now overhead, they proceed to search my car and found the bong, found the stashes, found all the paraphernalia, and then told us that one of my friends was identified (by those young kids in the church parking lot) as a robbery suspect that just took place in the area. They eventually felt that they made a huge mistake taking advice from little kids and let us all go, with our paraphernalia in tack. Knowing we'll need it cuz we just had shotguns pointed at our heads. That's not the end, we drove back to the church to pick up the car we left behind and those same kids were sitting at the corner flipping us off.

Second story:One random day, my friend and I decided to take out his Cobra kit car he just got running. Sick car, flat black, powdercoated black trim, rear tires wider than a lambo, 19" gloss black rims with a chrome lip, air suspension, navigation screen, HIDs. Wilwood big brakes slotted rotors. no plates and clear LED tail lights. So were just driving around town, we see the cop in front of us, and my friend pulls over. The cop drives past us but flips around and gets behind us. He gets out of his car and proceeds to tell us how awesome the car was. My friend is telling him everything about the car even cussing up a storm but the cop was to busy drooling to tell us, "watch the attitude". He ends up telling us that "absolutely nothing is legal on this car but I would never give you a ticket."

This was back before i had a car or licence. I was at the movies and decided to walk to burger king. I was with my sister who was 10 at the time. As im walking towards the door of burger king i see one of my friends who happens to be mexican. I give him a little handshake hug type deal and then 3 cop cars fly up with blues on and order us to the ground. I kept walking thinking its not me they want im just 14 years old. WRONG the cop runs inside burger king gets me and my sister outside. As we come back out the cops order all our outer clothing off. Then they told us to empty all our pockets and searched us. After this they asked for the mexican kids name after he answers they look at me, as im saying my first name they say. Alright have a good night and leave. WTF?

the first time I was ever pulled over:I was driving a friend home from watching a movie that ended at like 1am. as im going home I see that a cop just just finished with a car he pulled over he does a U turn and gets right behind me just as a I thought to my self " I didn't do any thing wrong" I get pulled over, the cop tells me he pulled me over for having yellow headlights. funny thing was that my headlights weren't yellow... then he goes on accusing me of being high and gave me several reasons of why I was high (blood shot eyes- No s*** is 1 am, green tongue?-never heard that one, and my eyes were fluttering and other b.s.) , then he tried to get me to admit that I have been smoking pot... funny thing was that I wasn't high nor had I ever been. I called him out on it he went back to his car and came back a few minutes later and apologized and let me go. ... biggest waste of 30mins lol

One time when i was younger i was being stupid and decided to race my buddies in the middle of town...

I was driving my built suby and one was in a 50 trim srt and the other was in his dad's gt500 convertable lol....

so i was in the back and i blew by all of them from a 25 roll and i stopped att he light at the end of the road... well a conunty cop pulls up next to us and stops at each car and yells out the window bout how he took down plate numbers and if he ever sees us again in town hell nail us to a cross....

then he pulls up next to me and says" damn nice car man... I got one at home would u help me out with it.... lol and he gives me his home number..."

well a couple days later i called him up and wat the girl i was talkin wit at the time answered??? i was like wtf??? come to find out the officer was the step father of the girl i was talkin to... lol long story short i got along wit meeting the parents very well....

the day after we bought my bro's srt we got pulled over for exhaust.... car was brand new off the show room floor....

then the plates didnt match up.. they came up as his 2003 mustang.... fml... then 4 cops showed up and had us at gun point saying we stole the car... and goin joy riding... the f***in dealer didnt turn in the paper work to swap the plates.... long story short they got a good laugh and i wasted an hour of my life....

i was on my way to court for a headlight being out driving down a road with two lanes on each side. there was a wreck in the left lane, so i slow down and drive through the shoulder on the left side. there was a car in front of me and cars behind me.

after i pass the wreck i see blue lights in my rearview mirror and figured he was pulling over the car in front of me. well he pulls me over and tells me that i flew past them going sixty in the emergency lane. I ask for a radar and he said he didn't have one.

When he comes back to give me the ticket i ask him what i a supposed to do in that situation and he yells, "If you ever see a police officer or a TDOT worker on the sde of the road you slow down and get to the side of the road." at which point i tell him that i was all the way in the shoulder and couldnt have been going any faster than the car in front of me. So he tells me i have to come to court with my mom, even though i am 19.

Once we go to court the judge has to go find the officer on the scene and he tells the judge i almost hit Bob while he was directing traffic.Driving probation for 3 months and 8 hour driving school.

i was pulled over about a week ago. cop throws lights on. I pull over. He says im stopping you for a modded exhaust. He asks for my paper work, so i give him everything, he comes back 10 minutes later and says did you know your exhaust is pointed to the side! . then he says you should check on that, it looks like you could have hit an animal or something. he gives me back my paperwork and says " im not too worried about the exhaust" and says have a good night.

I have the worst experience with the Police.Since were all fessing up,here it goes.In Early 2000 I got my first DUI.I was driving away from a barbecue in my 68 SS Chevelle giving a a buddy a ride home.It was about 6:00pm ,I had a few beers ,(bad call)Driving in 45MPH zone and out of nowhere Two dogs run out in front of my car,two huge great danes had gotten loose from their owners yard.I instantly hit the brakes hard then released and continued to pump my buddy grabed the wheel and jerked it to the right ,we barely missed the dogs and ended up crunching into a metal telephone pole.Well my buddy got a bloody nose and lip from hitting the dash,seat belts were only lap belts on my car.long story short,I got charged with felony DUI because my friend got injured.He didnt press charges ,The rising young district Attorney did.I went to jail for six months and spent money on lawyers and fines not to mention my classic.They also suspended my licence and slaped me with 5 years felony probation.

Fast Forward Almost 5 years later ,I had bronchitis and the flu around November 2005,it was Thanks giving weekend on a Friday night.I had two weeks before my Probation would run out.I had my DL and jumped in my car (92 s13 coupe ,not riced out)went to my buddies house (not same guy)to get 30 bucks he owed me ,I figured id get something to eat cause my fever had subsided and felt well enough to eat.Got there and he sent his teen age kid with me .Well my friends i never made it to the taco trucks.Got pulled over Downtown Modesto CA.I was at a stop light in front of McDonalds and an integra wanted to Race me.We wereside by side at a stop waiting for light to turn green.This fool was reving his motor an all.Light turns green he does a smoking launch motor screaming,passes me an immediately pulls into taco bell.I continue to drive normally and next thing I hear is siren and light behind me.I pull over ,cop tells me he is citing me for exhibition of speed ,I argue and tell him that Im not the one,Cop was 3 cars behind us behind a raised pick up.I new he was there.He didnt give a damn anyways he ran my ID and says Im still on Felony probation.I was f***ed,if youve evr felt that feeling of utter hopeleness?He looks over and sees an empty bottle of Nyquil and asks me if Im on any medication,i told him No and ask if Ive been drinking.I say hell no.Well long story short again,he gives me field sobriety ,3 times ,makes me recite alphabet and stop at certain letter makes me count in reverse and such,i passed them all He then begins to get pissed and does breathalizer reading is not over the legal limit .Nowhere near.08 .He arrest me for exhibition of speed,child endangerment,and because my probation stated i could not have any amount of alcohol in my system....(remember the Nyquil)Anyways I went to jail bailed out.Went to Court a month later and District attorney had bumped my wet reckless to a Felony DUI.Now I was facing my second felony conviction.I spent over 10g and fought my case for almost six months ,They dropped all the bulls*** charges and concentrated on the major,they wanted to send me away for 4 years in California State prison.i got tired and finally they came at me with an offer of 18 months of wich I would only serve half if I kept my nose clean.I turned my self inn in August of 2006.It was the hardest thing ive ever done.They sent Me to Folsom prison.The worst thing that ever happened to me.No I didnt have a BFF cell mate.So much racism and hate and violence dwells in prison,people acting worse than animals,.I mooved away from that Town.I have 3 months till I get my licence.I will not drive anywhere that Fn town.I f***in hate the police..They are given a little authority and they abuse it ,Thats why I rejoice whenever a crooked cop gets caught and goes to jail.FTP!!!!!their never around when you need them......Always there to harass and opress.Like Ezy E said "f*** DA POLICE"...

my story-i was pulling my sr20 out in my storage after hours which we had permission to do from the owners. we had just got it out(still in the air)when we heard a knock on the door..i opened it up with a light and gun pointed at me. they put us in cuffs in the back of the car and questioned us for at least an hour..then ended up towing my car out of my storage because it had a swapped dash(uncracked) and the VIN numbers didnt match =0 we were let go.so i had to pay like $250 just to get it out-ontop of my $215 monthly storage rental and updating the tag and everything else they made me do before they would release it. i had to show all the papers to some detective downtown and explain to him that the car wasnt stolen they had basically wasted everyones time and money.

Just as I entered the station, an undercover charger flashes lights. I was just so embarassed, right in front of the friends. Cop asked what i was doing and I told him I was meeting friends, and he asked if those were them, pointing, I said yeah and he let me go. Apparently he thought I was driving drunk. Then I got pulled over another time for slightly overpowering a turn, barely squealing my tires. I was about to make a u turn when I saw the redandblue. He said he noticed I was about to kick out rigbt in front of him cause he heard the tires chirp. I told him it was my drivetrain setup and he was like 'oh like a positraction?' and I was like yeah. He just wanted to make re I wasn't street racing and let me go:) he told me he used to own a grey coupe and know what its like.

When I was 17 I was pulled over north bound on 395 heading to work. I was doing about 60mph in a 55. I received a ticket for 68 in a 55. nice guy.

One day at a friends house a police officer banged on the door. I answer it and he askes who was the owner of the red truck with the yamaha sticker. I acknowledge that i was the owner. He then said that the dispatcher had received a call about a truck, that matched mine, driving recklessly with passengers being slid around the bed. I didnt receive a ticket, just a warning. its funny though cause I never took people in the bed of my truck...

About 1 week after getting my 240 I was pulled over. The officer wouldnt tell me why I had been pulled over, instead he very rudly asked for all my info. he even checked the vin number on my firewall to make sure it matched the one on file. so after sitting there for almost 1.5 hours and seeing him talk on his cell multiple times he walks back to my window to tell me my front windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced.

I have had a stater flip a b1tch in the middle of town, pull me over, both cops walk up on either side with guns drawn simply to tell me i had a light out....

not car related: I had pasco swat kick in my friends door because some russian lady thought my bb gun was real. I had 4 m4's, 1 shotgun, and 1 handgun pointed at my head for 20min while they searched the house. the whole time my friend, army, and I were laughing at them. "awww such a cute gun, want me to show you how to use it?" Then the head guy there tried to tell my my air rifle was illegal within city limits. he didnt like it when I told him he was wrong and that I would be happy to call the chief of police and ask.

anyways..cops..1) downtown chicago cop saw me shoot a s*** ton a sparks in my 85 gti(skidplate hit a bump in the road). when he first pulled me over he said i lost my oilpan as my car sat there idling while he was talking to me. THEN, he claimed it wouldntve happened if the car wasnt so low...then tried to check me for a height requirement? WTF is that. fender sat 17inches off the ground. then. my exhaust was too loud...and i was doing 5 over supposidly..prob 45 minutes later he let me go with a warning... the car isnt even that low 2) cop pulled me over for swerving (assuming i was drunk) did the whole breathalizer blew .000...so then i got an attitude..the cop told me she hopes to never have kids like me..and i replied with "with your looks i dont think anyones gonna wanna have kids with you"...3 hours later i walked out of the west allis department with a $430 disorderly, and resisting arrest.

I got pulled over for having my license plate on my dash and my exhaust being too loud according to the cop. Somehow "modified emissions system" ended up on the ticket as well. I had to do a mandatory smog test. My engine would shake at high RPM's and the smog test couldn't be conducted. I went before a judge asking for an extension, he only saw a stamp for my new exhaust and he was about to sign the ticket off and I'd only have to pay $75. I didn't know what was going on so I asked, "What about the extension?" The judge took a second look and realized I didn't get the smog test stamped so I had to pay $465 instead. >_______>

I got pulled over in the Los Angeles area around Christmas time. I literally saw over the span of about 10 minutes, at least 17-20 cop cars. There were a lot of cops, and I mean A LOT of cops around Christmas time.Not to mention another cop u-turned and followed me for a block on my way home after I got the ticket. I'm guessing he ran my plates and saw I just got a ticket a few minutes ago. LAPD is f***ing redonkulous.

Man crap like this is why I am applying at the local PO. I hate how stupid people are expected to protect are rights. But here are my personal encounters.

!. Parents gave me some turd accord that I hated with every fiber of my being. One night, while leaving a friends I wanted to top out that thing see what Honda guys are raving about. I hit around 125 or so and get a real eery feeling and start pumping the brakes so they don't overheat the brakes. well I pass a side street that a cop was sitting on and hit me doing 94 in a 55. takes like 2 miles to get to me and starts cussing the s*** out of me eventually my mother comes and gets me and the cop gives me a ticket and lets me follow my mom home. Oh and he took my license. all a good reason to do so but eventually I get out of it and just lost my license for 3 mo. My uncle got me out of it and told me, "If I ever hear on the radio that you are pulled over I'll drive over there and beat your a** on the side of the road in front of God and everyone"

2. I was at home sitting up at midnight when my mom calls me to see if I could run her some taco smell. So I say hey free food hecks yeah. I run to get her food and drive to 2 diff. taco places to get her some sour cream out of the kindness of my heart. Well coming back to her office I get behind an 18whlr and he's doing 20 under...well tired of waiting so I gun it passed him and then do the speed limit like a good boy. get pulled over 20 sec. later and now I'm wondering wth for. He comes up, " you know what i pulled you over for?" I say no and he says I was speeding, passing in a no passing (dbl line), rolling stop, couldn't find my license or ins., he leans over and sees that my inspection was out 3mo. and looks at me and says, Do you know how much trouble your in? and that's when Samuel L. Jackson comes on my phone doing the "say what again!" thing from pulp fiction. he laughs lets me go and says to be more careful.

Turns out that my license was behind my seat. got one from a camera car and one from a cop coming over a hill said he clocked me...gay. Hopefully I behave better and exact nissan bias revenge on only hondas jk..maybe

One night I had to pick up my mother's bf from work around 9 o clock in the evening. This was like a few weeks back when I still had my permit. Luckily that night, my mother decided to ride along with me. So I took the back route as a shortcut. The speed limit is 25 since it's a school zone. As I got to the bottom of a hill trying to go up, I saw from a far distance a Anne Arundel County cop car sitting at the top of this hill. I've spotted this car from far away and so did my mother. As I passed him, he quickly turned on his lights and turned around to pull me over. And then another cop car came right behind him as well for back up or some crap. I rolled down my window and he was like in my face. He said he pulled me over because I was doing 39 in the 25. I clearly was going below 30. No faster than that. He then asked how my driving record was and trying to smell me like I was under the influence. He let me go with a warning. What an A**!

The worst part about cops is the inconsistency. I've gone past cops doing 85 in a 55 (d!ck move I know, and it was a while ago, not the point.) and not been pulled, yet I got nailed for $150 for a "lane violation." This lane violation was comprised of a car nosing about 3 feet into my lane when it was trying to pull from a parking lot onto the road I was on. As a result I had to go around it, and my 2 left tires touched the yellow line with not a soul in that lane.

My absolute fav was (not exactly a pulled over story) when I got 14 parking tickets in Lowell MA, one of which I was parked legally for, the other 13 my car wasn't even in Lowell on the date in question, and in at least 5 of the cases, the description on the tickets was incorrect. Some said red instead of blue, a couple said 4 door. On top of that, because my car wasn't there, I obviously didn't get notified of any of the tickets until they were delinquent.

I get that settled, and get them dismissed, but it turns out they never tell the RMV that the tickets were lifted. Apparently if you pay it's an automated process but a manually canceled ticket has to be communicated to the Registry manually over the phone by them. As a result, I get pulled over by another cop about 5 months later, and it turns out my reg. and insurance have been invalid for 4 because the registry canceled them on me due to 14 unpaid parking tickets, with no notification. Technically that's a felony here, so he should have by all rights handcuffed me based on standard procedure, or at least made me get the car towed home. He was actually nice enough that he believed me (perhaps the look of me almost s***ting my pants when he told me my registration was invalid, followed by the rage on my face as I realized why). So at this point I have to go back to Lowell, a 2 hour drive, and scream at 3 different people at the city hall for being too stupid to understand my problem. Got pissed enough to file small claims against the town and the meter maid who tried to defraud me, and wound up with about $450 bucks, which didn't even cover all the time I took of of work to deal with the BS.

I'm noticing a consistent theme with some of your stories though, peeps...

A lot of times I see "so I said to the cop..." and later in the story there's a $350 dollar ticket. Got news for you kids. No matter how much of a d!ck a cop is, verbally antagonizing them will NEVER improve your situation, and it will only serve to give the cop a reason to show up in person when you fight the ticket.

The back routes that I take for shortcuts, I usually get tailed by cops all the time. They follow me for a good mile or so then they would make a u-turn and go back to their spot. One time the tailing got me so agitated that I intentionally flashed my high beams at everybody coming the opposite lane to expose that they were ahead at the 25 school speed zone. Man after that, lemme tell you, he quickly made a u-turn and probably told his cop friends. Because when I came back about an hour later, they were clear. I mean GONE. Hahaha. Suckers.
