Very frustrated, sorry for the lack of pics-just been jumping around trying to get everything done and its not getting there because of all the little crap that is left. I have no more money for a good couple weeks and I want to at least have this car running so I have some questions I would appreciate some help with, and Ill update tonight.

1) On the throttle cable I only have one nut on the back side of the throttle body, is this ok? Because I cannot fit another nut on the other side w/o cutting the cable-pics to back it up tonight.

2) I have continuous power from the battery to the car and the battery finally died, I have the power wire connected to a copper connector into the plug where the power wire from the fuse box goes, again pics coming tonight.

3) Confused about fan controller hook up-WC Im lookin for your help on this one since you gave me this controller lol-pics tonight.

I need many small things like IC hoses that fit the throttle body & hot side of the piping, some hoses etc and studs, and a tap which is proving harder to find than originally planned. Pics tonight, sorry fo the delay NICO-I am workin my a** off to get her done.

What Ive been dealing withPulled the stupid rear window splasher hose because it caused a ton of rust in my floorReplaced it w. my battery cable Other end of the hose..getting a grommet for this cancer soonJDM fuse box..Didderson we match! lolStarted intake install, but I have yet to find a 3"-2.5" adapter..is the valve cover T going to the intake? its gonna have to work until I can afford a catch canSwapped out dash plugExtra wiresVaccum/Boost sourceDone with gauges!HELLA sexy, although not so stealthy

Here is something Ive been struggling with, I cant get a nut on the bottom side of the cable to hold it properly and it works like this but I am not too comfortable with it-any suggestions?

Haha man nice update. Coming along.I think you know i was joking with the pink fuse covers, they're usdm but chuki, still funny tho! It becomes easier and easier to see why these cars sold to secretaries back in the day sometimes...

I like your rear washer hose battery relocation thingy. I'm a fan of the rear washer and wiper, for some reason I think it's a ballin option I never had on other non cool cars :P.

Your intake charge pipe looks nice man, you'll have more room than I do to put the maf and air cleaner in there. Mine barely fits.

As far as the SR throttle bracket goes, I wish I had one... My sr didn't come with one so I hacked and bent the KA24DE one to fit.

Might want to clean up the vac lines so they dont bend around so much, i'll show u today hopefully with good pics.

Thanks guys! Worked on her for a good 6hrs today including driving time to Napa/Sears/Autozone/Ace/Home Depot/ Mcdonalds. Fuel lines are in, intercooler mounted mostly, some other random hoses taken care of and I have most all the parts I need cept for fluids to start her.

I am having an issue with the FMIC hoses & clamps because the CXRacing one came with plently but they are all 3" and wont fit on the TB or hot pipe, or piping coming out of the turbo so Ill be spending more dough to have a correct set shipped.

Pics hopefully tomorrow, I have been celebrating my friends bday still since weds and its not over til monday so Ill try to get some more work done.

I'm not totally certain about the TB cooling line setup, but I'd suggest not running them at all to avoid heating up your tb and manifold. Just connect the nipples on the block together. You can kink the hose if you want also to keep fluid from completing its path too early as I did. It kinks on its own anyway because of fitment.

I remove and destroy the lower lip bolt bracket that you took a picture of being a rusty POS lol. Ziptie lips on ftw.

My VLSD is out of an S13..in Japon This is why I ask lol

So Didderson I dont need any coolant lines on the TB ran? Ill fix it this weekend, gracias. That attempt at a lip is in my fire pit lol I really want this one lip I forget what its called for chukis but its not made anymore so Ill live w/o one.

Busy day tomorrow and my sister is graduating [preschool] so I have to go to that @ 6pm on my friday night . Saturday will be the beginning of the end [not really].

Pretty decent update coming soon. First I have to tell NICO about my street racing experience last night.

For those of you who are from the Chicago area-have you heard of Dody [sp?] road? Its south of Chicago near Tinley Park and its crazy, alot of the guys there are ***holes but some of em are real chill and its a semi-organized street racing scene. I was reminded of fast & the furious, and I am NOT one to encourage doing stupid s*** the way these people were doing but it was kinda cool to come out and bulls*** with some of the guys there. I could clearly tell the ones who took really good care of their cars didnt race, only a few of them even brought their cars out. Still somethin fun to do on a fri/sat night.

Ill toss some random pics on later, and pictoral update tomorrow sometime. I am sticking with my open diff for the time being simply for the ability to be able to distinguish between and open and VLSD which Ill be swapping in a couple weeks.

These next few weeks will be big, so stay tuned

You'll regret not putting the lsd in, but it wont be a large regret seeing as you already have another one. I remember when my KA actually ran with the stock open dif. It bothered me so much it was my first high dolla mod.
