OP drives a pristine 400+ hp Kouki with more impressive fabrication than the entire VRT "Krew" has ever seen.

I'm pretty sure the OP could hand you a driving lesson or two - It's not too hard to drive something with 100whp.

Troll-boy.
I sleep with my lights on because Im afraid of VRT ....They are like the baker/pissdrunx of cars. Its oh so funny one must laugh so as not to cry

Anyways OP, do you have any better pics? I think that would be an awesome shot, given the magnitude of the racetrack. You know, like a medium-long distance shot contrasting the scale of your car against the empty stadium.

Wow are there some stupid posts in this thread.

OP: you have one of the nicest 240's on this site. I think it's beautifull, and it's good to see you putting it to good use.

The people who give you s*** about your car are just jelous.

Thanks to everyone that had positive things to say. It was a blast and I can only thank NICO for giving me the opportunity. If it wasn't for the great forum here I would never have been on the track for the photo shoot.

No way.The OPs car is a very clean looking S14a, with lovely rims. Unless Yokota thinks the S14a(all of them) looks dumb then im pretty sure he was joking albeit very dry.

OP- are you running an open diff? im pretty disappointed at the amount of smoke generated from a 400 whp car doing 'donuts' to be honest (looks more lik a donut to me). ive seen VR13s 100hp car dumping at least that much smoke in one corner.

Its a VLSD from a Q45. Both wheels spin it just doesn't look like it in the first few pics for some reason. It actually has 530hp at the flywheel but I haven't done a chassis dyno yet so it should be somewhere around 425 to 450 at the wheels. In a straight line it will spin 295 BFG drag radials for about 100ft. I plan on getting a few better pics up and some video in the next couple of weeks.

The 65 I have now was my father's first new car he ever owned. He sold it sometime in the mid 90s. I found the new owner in 99 and bought it back. It is a running car but I have had it in storage since then. Next year I plan on starting a complete build up on it.

As it sits now:

I dunno he's really good at photography, I've seen some of his shots, not really car wise but man I'm pretty sure he know's what he's talking about. But about the car, I don't see why he wouldn't like it, I think the car looks really nice. It's not anything really different but it's nice. But everyone has there own taste.

These assclowns act like you spent a week planning to film yourself doing something special.

Jeez, Tim. What were you thinking? LOL

Lots of chatter here from people who wouldn't last 10 seconds in a 450hp car.

pretty sure im seriousits a completely OEM outside s14. wow, what a differnet thingi could care less about whats under the hood. anyone can have someone swap an engine in. it takes someone to actually care to make a car unique. this car is just another s14 in my eyes no matter how much power it has.

i get paid on the regular to take pics. sports, high fashion, and event photography. if you cant think on your feet, you dont last long. i can go from an indoor shoot, step outside and within seconds be where i need to be...because i HAVE to. its part of being a professional

Thats why im questioning whether you just think all S14as are dumb, cuz the OPs car looks like a stock bodied A with LMGTs.

In which case i would simply be learn'd that yokota thinks the stock S14a looks dumb, ive just never heard someone calling it a dumb looking car sall.

Its not stock...its got a V8 under the hood, and its not like he did an SR LOL

So your saying only takes skill to modify the exterior of a car? I agree it takes skill, but not anyone can pull off an engine swap..especially one as clean as this.

IMHO power>interior>exterior
