Well a s-chassis would have been nice, but I dont have much money, or time. I need a car by monday so I can start school. Tomorrow I am probably going to be buying a CRX for $600. It will work for now. I am probably gonna just wire tuck it and give it a good spray paint job and maybe make alittle money off of it... God I hate the way a honda sounds..

I will hopefully start back work on the s13 next tuesday. Im gonna start by pulling the wiring harnes so I can start messing with that at work, and also draining fluids and detatching random things getting it ready to be pulled...

LOL, That really is the first time I have seen a canibal ant infestation in a daily driven car. Haha.

Mine came with my car, and it holds my zx filter as well as it does the oem little one. I'm sure you could find it in a junk yard easy...

Well here are some pictures of the temporary sh*t box....I will also be working on this as I go along trying to make it a decent car. I paid too much, but it runs...

The wiring that they have done to this car is horrible. I just dont understand how people can do things half asked when it comes to a car...

Do the windows just go through the pillow stuffing when you roll them down or do you just keep them up? I feel like it's a really obvious answer but I'm just confused lol.

I dont have any pillow stuffing in the doors, its just in the walls of the back seat. There are no moving parts in the area.

Well I placed a order today at fr sport. I got:ACL main bearingsACL rod bearingsACL thrust washersOEM rear main sealOEM Oil Strainer Pickup GasketOEM Throttle Body GasketOEM idle Air Control Valve IACV/AAC GasketOEM Intake Manifold GasketOEM Intake Collector GasketI should get all this sometime next week.

Also any one know if Sentra se-r OEM main studs would work? I know they have the SR20DE and as far as I know the bottom end is pretty much the same.http://www.courtesyparts.com/1..._2842&My sr is gonna stay pretty much stock. So there is no need for me to spend $104 for ARP when I can get OEM for $40.I hopefully will get the engine ready to pull by friday evening...

Lookin good man, Id definitely still go with ARP Studs just because do it right and do it once. I mean a good headgasket and ARP studs is a great idea.

Its your call but i think its definitely the way to go.

I have been de-pinning and simplifying my engine harness. It coming along well, I just need to see what exactly I have to shorten and I have to wait on my Braided Sleeving ( https://www.wirecare.com/products.asp?prodline=F6N ) I ordered today. I will hopefully get it monday or tuesday so I should be done with the harness by the end of next week. Tomorrow I will be working on pulling the motor, if all goes well that is....

Well I finally got some work done friday I got the sr pulled and realized my bay is pretty dirty. While the motor is out, I will be removing the battery tray rubber undercoating the frame rails and re-painting the bay.[Here are the parts I have received...

I started tearing down the motor getting to where I need it to be...After removing the oil pan and such I found these plastic pieces inside the motor. I'm pretty sure one of I started porting and polishing my intake manifold and so far am pretty pleased. All the bit dulled up though so I need to get some new ones...On Saturday I ordered:-Magnetic drain plug-Red line assembly lube-Oil catch can-Oil pressure gauge-Boost gauge-Dash vent gauge holderHopefully I will be getting that loom early this week and will be finishing up the wiring harness...

Thats what I'm hoping for. haha. It's actually really easy to port and polish. You just set the gasket up to the port and mark the excess as you can see on the port that hasn't been touched in orange. Then you take it out that much and make sure to taper it in.

After playin for a second we got back to takin things apart...

Another piece of the timing chain guide..

In this picture you can see how much broke off...

Well this is where we ended the night...

It's a KaminariUSA kit. It will look A LOT better once I lower it and get better fitting wheels.

Well I just ordered my timing chain guide. It's crazy that the one I need is $75 and the one I don't is $20

I also have been sitting here staring at my courtesyparts.com summary debating whether I should order it.It just seems like I am spending SO much money. Luckily I get paid three times this month, so that helps a bit.But the order consists of OEM:-Main bolts-master cylinder snap ring-master cylinder seals-Oil pump valve set-Oil pump rotor set

I am still waiting on my gauges, unfortunately they were on back order...
