uhh... no. my last car had maybe an inch to an inch 1/2 ground clearance and I never cracked it.

people, relax. ok? if you don't like big aero kits or super slammed cars, cool. you don't need to post in here. I'm sorry if my first post was somehow confuzing or misleading.

I just thought this would be a cool thread and a nice way to find out how many of the "best looking s13's ever" (debateable if you're a weener) were actually streeted, and with what kits exactly.

so, less flame, more flair.

my car has no suspension on it at the moment, im waiting for my arms to ship in. but my friend has stance gr pros slammed all the way down on 14x8 rims with no aero and it is ridiculously lowered. the bottom of his front bumper is torn up from scraping soo much. i will not go that low, although mayb about 1.5-2" drop on my 17's. the dips at intersections are too steep and i will get stuck everyday for sure

uh... you told me he daily's his Vdub. is that from this season? that s*** is probably impossible to drive on the street...... but i still might do it.

don't even try to post glebs car. that s*** scrapes on corners on the flat f***ing pavement... that's how non-streetable it is.

and i was golfing. Tiger woods status. played hella good. ill call you later.

Mmm i apologize to be irrelevant but how do you guys manage to jack your cars up at home?

It's a pain having to remove the bumpers and if necessary the skirts all the time.

this won't apply to the cars scrapping aero, but they make low profile jacks. mrgreeneyes is slammed with mild sideskirts (for now) and can still get a low pro jack under it at certain areas.

easy get some wood and/or bricks make a ramp. then get it on a platform of some sort so your jack clears and you go from there

It's not a show car. It's a drift car. But thanks for the compliment.

thats what i told him, but he said he likes em cuz it makes his car look stupid slammed & the car is a lil faster. he has 50 profile tires on it, it looks mean, but i wouldn't do that to my car. his front bumper is f&^%&d, and his jdm oem knock off side skirts scrape like mad, oh well. i bought 17's that will clear the z32 brakes i plan on having in the future. i say 17's minimum

here's mine... this was pre-coilovers. and i've got 18's ready to throw on there, just no tires yet.. so please forgive the wheel situation. but i daily drive this car. i still used to hit things at that height. now that im lower, everyday is a struggle. damn fiberglass. but no cracks!

oh, and its some knock off kit... got it used for 120 bucks, so whatever
