You see, this is how forums lie to you. Yes that is a super low S13, Yes it is on a street, No, I do not think that is a daily driver that sees track duty.

^^ exactly!!!

and if it IS daily'd then i would hope the owner posts in here letting me know.

that was the point of this thread to begin with.

if you don't have a positive contribution to add, then stay the hell out of the thread. i don't need to hear your opinions on having a low car or what kind of kit you think I should buy instead.

either post pics and stay on topic or click that left arrow in the top corner of your computer screen. I'm not going to let this thread get crapped on by people.

thanks.

more daily'd kits please!

Sir, please stop trying to talk people out of having cool cars.

Fact is, when you have a low car, especially with aero, you will be the safest driver on the road. You will have every bump on your usual routes memorized, and you will drive the speed limit, constantly scanning the road with your eyes and paying close attention to everything around you.

Both these cars used to be daily drivers, at those ride heights and with aero.

lonly_coupe you live in seattle right well im in seattle about every other week and driving my coupe sucks at gg my car was on 15s' with a 195/50 and driving through ballard was ridiculous. driving from seattle back to bremerton i scrape my oem front lip i pretty much have given up on painting my lip because it will get scratched. buy a nice kit but you know it will get f***ed. i have a oem lip and some no name skirts youll see it in my sig

( i raised my car up 1.5 inches when i took that pic)

Have you dealt with an OEM S13 "lip kit" ?

They dont seem to be much more durable then a quality fiberglass kit, but the fitment is right on the money(at least with my OEM kit). IMHO, the OEM abs plastic is nothing like urethane as far as being able to bend/not break.

I hate when people assume they have s***ty roads just because of their state. CA has some gnarly a** roads. They suck. BAD. I am gonna hook up some go pro cameras on my car one day and capture my daily struggles.

Is that a serious question?

If so. Yes. Many times. One time my car wouldn't even come off with my friend jumping in my trunk. A truck finally came by and hooked up to my car with a winch and got me off. So embarrassing. Right in front of a grocery store too.

AGAIN people.... i don't need you to tell me what it's like to have a slammed car (this is my fourth and all have been scrapers) or why I shouldn't do it because it's not worth it, whatever.

I know all these things and how to deal with a super low car. I'm just trying to find out who out there does this, how low, with what kit, etc. so I can see my options.

that is ALL. carry on!

i hear you dude, but sh*t ain't gonna stop me. I can deal with constant scraping and pissing people off by going super slow into places with my damn hazards on. lol. it's cool.

your car looks pretty good. maybe i'll catch you at some events this season?

Tommy Roberts uses SexyStyle aero, that's why. The car used to look like this before he tore up the old kit (Origin?) at events and whatnot.

And here's a pic of the S14 getting abused.

also, can anyone tell me what kit is on this yellow one? I think it's BN but is it blister or a different line?

are you people SURE this gets daily'd.... i can't even imagine how it could get ANYWHERE let alone over a speedbump.... but if he does daily this s***, I'm all over it.

thanks, it'll get coils eventually, but for now the aero is in storage til i get the $400 lip and get a real paint job.

i agree that all states have bad roads, but i feel kinda justified when i say it, since pa has the worst or second worst in the country, i'd link the proof of this but i'm a little lazy right now, and besides why would i lie about that?

^^ I wasn't trying to diss you man. though I can see how it may have been a subtle one. I just was looking for lower cars with more agressive kits. you really need some new pics of your car, too! I haven't been here that long and I've seen your car a TON in those shots. hahah. no hate, just diff. tastes.

Yellow coupe is not daily'd. Gold coupe and green 14 WERE daily'd. In San Diego nonetheless. I have driven my car out to their shop. Some s***ty a** roads out there.

^^ yeah, my pops lives in SD. Gorgeous place, not so much roads.

more pics of your car Kyle. I'm interested in your overall fitment/height. I'm torn between just saying F*CK it and getting a massive kit like on the yellow one, or something still massive, but slightly less like yours (pretty sure his is blister and you said you were type ll)

hell, go do a quick shoot tonight!! new pics are always good for everyone. hahah.

I used to think NJ had bad roads until I brought my car to Philly. There's holes in the floor where I could lay down in and do my oil change. Then again, there's parts of North Jersey that I could say the same about. Come on, WC, your boy mrgreeneyes could drive slammed, why can't you ?

Read the Speedhunters article it was featured in.

People think CA is the holy grail of smooth roads. I was there 2 years ago and rented Chrysler 300 to get around. I just gotta say, there's bumps that made me jump my seat IN THE CHRYSLER! Don't think your roads are any worse than theirs.

If that's how high your car is in the sig, then you better lower it another 2.5 inches before you add aero. Skyscrapers with ballin aero =
