My Pacers need a damn trade. They need a wing guy that can score 20+ every night that can play with Jermaine. I expected to lose both games to the Pistons. I think we'll win the next one though. Detroit has stability on it's side, and Indiana doesn't.
I've been having a blast with Live 08. However my opinion would be biased because I've never even considered buying an NBA 2k anything game because I've been NBA Live faithful since the first one came out NBA Live 95. I've literally bought every year of NBA Live's existence. I'm starting to get a bit better at COD4 by playing the missions. But I'm still getting my *** handed to me online. About 8 of my coworkers all have it on PS3, so we're all learning together, so eventually I'll get better.
If you want to get better playing online, you almost have to exclusively play online. Try to blow through the rest of the story - single player has a lot of great missions but the most fun lies online. If you spend all your CoD4 time online you will notice yourself getting better pretty quick. Watch those killcams too, they can sometimes give away a good strategy. My one buddy will NEVER watch them, and then asks ME how he could have possibly been killed. As with anything, practice is key, so if you play enough you should see big improvements.
I'm upset the Pistons lost to Boston on Sunday, although I figured it would probably happen. We have a tough schedule this week...we did Boston Sunday, we play the Mavs on Wednesday, and then the Spurs on Thursday. It should be very entertaining though. I'd like to see us get a permanent starter though, so Sheed can go back to power forward. McDyess has been great filling in though.
