i ziptied the pig lip on the chuki to see how it looks. i think it looks like poop.what you think? i think im gona go with pig bumper..im makin sloww progress since all my money is going into the bank for coils and suspension arms

I think you installed it a bit low, but pig is an easy fix lol. I remember my chuki/lip bumper I drilled new holes to get it to fit higher and look better imo.

so... fixed my frame today. welded on tight.its probably the strongest part of the car. really thick metal.

also got a seat and harness. and a free nismo shift knob.also met the guys at joels this weekend. pretty awsome meeting everyone. i learned alot too.and the ca randomly woke up on the way back. i think its finally broken in after sitting 8 years. it pulls alot harder now. still need coils for springtime...

well 4 hours ago i posted all happy that my cars coming along.just went out to go move it and it wouldnt start.ugh. stupid flywheel. is anyone up for helping me change it next weekend?

well paint was supposed to happen today..but since doctor wont let me drive i had to reschedule for late april i was gona go with a weird blue silver a guy i work with had lying around.but now since i have time im gona go with a full base/clear paint type thingy.im gona use kirker product cause its awsome paint for the price and the paint guy i know has used it on every show car hes built.so now the question is... what color?http://www.smartshoppersinc.co....htmlim thinkin a silver or gray.opinions?

they be multi colored sir,red, silver, blackred pass doorsilver driver doorblack hatch

but my car was silver when it started life.thats why i wanted a silver or gray.(see a few posts up)....

i think silver metallic is whats gona happen.im redoing the interior aswell. new/less sound deadening. clean carpet.all happening april 24-30

when i got frame welded i pulled up some carpet so it wouldnt catch fire and all the insulation was moist...so its gota go.

Well because grey is boring (medium charcoal grey metallic) and you don't like ultra blue pearl my picks are out lol.Go with dark plum metallic! If you have the balls, dark purp can look sick. You can grip and sip when you drive and look like a pimp too!

Ok I like MGE or your suggestions better?

id love to do white.but since this is my first paint job i was told to stay away from white.ill have a pro pain guy from work thats gona help me mix and stuff. but im spraying so... whites kinda out.plum would be awsome. but itl look dumb on stock body.if i had aero it would be awsome.

white is easy as hell. im spray bombing my coworkers civic white. i lay NO orange peel and the paint is as glossy as hell.

our other coworkers asked which shop was doing the work. one spit his coffee out when i told him it was spray paint. he didnt believe me

im not doing spray paint...so the white could differ from mix to mix..since its my first time. id rather go with what the pro guy says..

im saying if i can make bombing white look good, your pro friend could kill it
