The reason why the radiator and condenser are now out is because I had to install the power steering hard line that runs along the core support under the AC fan motor.

MMMMMMmmmmmm...looking so good, but MAN it was hard to not toss in a giggle at Chris's snoozing zombie-dude! :rotfl

Yes its the dressupbolt kit. Which is amazing they are legit Ti bolts.. I'm still waiting on more bolts to come in.

Also yes I plan on getting the powersteering res chromed but I don't feel like having my car down 10 weeks due to having no reservoir so the plan is to find someone who is reputable in the community and buy a NA reservoir from them get it chromed then install it when it comes in and try not to make a huge mess. As far as relocating it I have no idea where I could put it lol there is very little space under the panel and according to my understanding the reservoir has to be mounted above the pump.

We just went ahead and ran a custom line using the hard line on the core support. It should be fine, if not piss me off haha.

LOL @ Domo.

So next on the list is going to be to tighten everything down like put hoseclamps on pop chargers and the planar kit that leads into the pop chargers, I also have to put hose clamps on the recirc hoses. But before I do all that I need to modify something so that I can get the pop chargers to fit correctly, (do yall notice how they aren't even?). The oil cooler is putting them a little too high up. I'll probably have to modify the recirc hoses a little to get the recircs to sit lower then I'll be able to get the filters to come down and get them even with each other. Then I need to mount the Selin translator unit.

Set the timing.

Bleed brakes, bleed clutch.

Still need to do a minor wire tuck. I also need to put the body back on as you can tell but I'm going to leave the front bumper off for a few weeks just so that I'll be able to hunt for boost leaks if any come about. Once the body is back on then I need to install the Winfactory hood struts.

I need to put the PTU somewhere.

Need to finish wiring up the EDFC, Innovate wideband, and Blitz boost controller. Then I need to install the little edfc motors ontop of the front struts.

I have redline MT 90 GL4 getting here tomorrow along with SPL shifter bushings that I bought through IPP. (they are 1 day away on UPS)

Then load my car up on the rollback and go spend all day at the alignment shop lol.

Call my insurance company and tell them I'm ready to put the Z back on the insurance then go get an inspection sticker and start the break in period!

Congratulations Mark!

Looking real good. I cannot wait to see pictures of everything back together and the car on the road. You must be very proud of your work so far. Excellent job.

You named this thread "Go broke or go home", are you broke yet? It's amazing how fast everything adds up.

Thanks guys! Currently I'm not broke but several times during the build I was eating ramen noodles daily haha. Its in the name of the Z!

Hey guys sorry I haven't been online much this weekend, its because I have been working hard on the Z and now its finally starting to pay off. I'm going to bring her to get aligned today! I'll take pics and vids. :D

Here is the update: The fenders aren't completely installed yet. I'm going to do it tonight after I drill out a broken bolt where the hood hinge bolts to the body. -_-

I drove her out of the shop... I stalled 3 times lol I'm going to have to get used to that clutch haha - it will be easier once the clutch and flywheel are broken in though.
Image

Winched her up ontop of my rollback.
Image

Here is a picture of her in the daytime on the rollback, notice how dirty she is haha 1 entire year of sitting at a salvage yard.
Image

But here is the engine bay :D

PLEASE NOTE:
I HATE THESE WHEELS BUT I'M FORCED TO ROLL ON THEM BECAUSE I HAVE NO OTHER WHEELS RIGHT NOW. :(

LMAO BLASPHEMY! But seriously its kind of nice having those wheels because I could give a s*** what happends to them lol. For instance I have a ratchet strap running through the rear wheels and another ratchet strap running through the front wheels just for extra insurance to hold my car down to the rollback haha..

Now naturally if I had the wheels I really want: Image

I would have just taken the rear bumper to gain access to the rear tow hooks.

Well I bled the brakes last night and took the Z for a little ride!!

This is the first ride I have taken since the rebuild and needless to say I'm in love! :yesnod

Anyway here is the video:

I have to adjust the clutch pedal.

Change gear rack with the rebuilt one I ordered today from SZ. For some reason the one that's installed right now is leaking from the boot, I guess it's just from sitting.

Hook up electronics. Then install the rest of the interior.

Install my new a pillar trim, I have the current one just wedged under the visor so I can keep an eye on the gauge - the clips broke when I pulled it off. -_-

Put the rest of the body back on.

Then it's done! Until I go to the Jspec bumper/tails and get new wheels.
