lol.

Update guys!

I drove the Z to work today, on the highway I was getting a definate shimmy at 60mph right then and there I knew it had to be the lack of sway bar endlinks in the front lol. So I went to the local lube shop that we deal with then put my car on the alignment rack install the SPL endlinks and drain the oil refilled with Mobile1 10-30. I was running Mobile1 0-20 my rear main seal is leaking with the 0-20 hopefully this slightly thicker oil does the trick, I am also hoping that it just needs to "swell" up.. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Ok. I'm only going to run this oil for 250 miles then I have to dump it again anyway. Do you think it will be alright? Or is that oil just straight garbage?

Ever since day one when I bought my Z I kept telling myself one day, just one day I will buy some Jspec tails. Well I finally bought them. :)

I have never removed the taillights before, talk about a mess! Some of that crap had got on my bumper, no big deal though I just put some charcoal lighter fluid on a clean rag and came right off. You see in the last 2 pictures, in the bottom pic there is the black crap on the RH side of the picture then in the second to last pic it's all nice and clean.

Vapor barrier. Keeps unwanted moisture out of the car.

Just behind the door panels there's a plastic vapor barrier that is held in place with that goop. You ever go to swap out speakers or mess with your window tracks (done both) you get to wear that crap on your elbows, wrists, nipples, ***hole... :chuckle:

Wow man this is a great build, your Z looks fantastic! Keep up the good work! :)

And I have to agree that the black goop is horrible LOL. I tried doing a set of DIY Jspecs a while back and that stuff was horrible to deal with, it got everywhere. But I decided to wait to get the real deal someday instead of rocking the fake ones. Yours look great!

He's not kidding!! You try to be careful around the stuff and it still end up all over the place... once its on your hands it gets on everything
