After several months of debating what to do I finally figured out what I want to do.... As some of you may know I own both an s13 and a z32.... I've had the 240 for almost 3 years now and I bought the z32 about 6 months ago.

Here's what my s13 started out looking like the day I bought it....

It was alright at first until my clutch went out the week after I bought it.... So I put a stage 3 XTD clutch and light weight fidanza flywheel in it... Unfortunately all the pictures of the clutch disappeared when my computer crashed about a year and a half ago.... So I don't have any pictures of that.Shortly after I replaced the clutch the rear shocks blew out on me... I still have them in the back storage room somewhere I think. Anyways so enough of the story and on to what suspension I put on it....

The shocks are kyb-gr2's and I cut the stock spring mounting plates off and slid on adjustable coils with tien springs... I forget what series they are.... It rides like a dream and handles like no other....

Then I got stupid and bought a bodykit after getting into a slight fender bender....

Don't knock the tails 2 bad..... They came with the car when I bought it.... It now has the stock tails in it.....

Well I ended up ****ing up the front bumper once when I hit a raccoon doing like 80..... I had it fixed and put it back on the car and was ready to start the body work to get it ready for paint..... My car and Paint don't really go together very well... Every time I have the cash to do it Something always goes wrong in my life. But it will eventually be all one color once I sit down and choose a color I want on it.... I got sick of it being 2 different colors and tried to find some spray paint that sorta matched the maroon color that it is.... That didn't work out 2 well don't try it.... Here's how shritty it looked after 20 bucks and 3 hrs of being bored painting....

I left it that way for about a month and hated looking at it so I let it sit broken and hideous for ever it seemed like... Then me and my X split up and I've been dealing with that and how much of a bit*$ she is.... So that got me working on her again....

I blew the head gasket out about a year ago and have been having issues with it ever since.... I want to swap motors but school is being a pain in my rear and I can't really afford another motor at this point in time unless I find someone to buy my 300zx..... Oh I don't think I've posted any pictures of it yet

Here she is....

She's pi$$ed me off many times and I've finally decided to strip her of her goodness and beat the brakes.... Oh wait i meant put them on my s13.... lol

So I've worked my a$$ off this past month at work putting in some OT and saving up some cash.... I finally found a guy in Georgia thats parting out his 97 s14 and bought the full 5 lug and s14 brake swap.... I've decided that I'm going to pull the brakes off my z and put the 5 lug s14 rotors and calipers on it. Then I'm putting the 5 lug swap on my s13 and bolting the z32 calipers and rotors on along with the e-brake assembly.... I don't know if the 300 is going to have an e-brake when I'm done but It will still be able to stop and thats why they invented Park for auto's.....

As for the interior in my s13.....

I'm in desperate need of either racing seats or a new drivers seat bottom piece..... I had a parts car I was pulling things off of and selling. I took the passengers side seat out of it and bolted it to the bottom of my drivers seat... So the back is like brand new and hardly has any wear on it.

I installed a nismo steering wheel with a generic e-bay hub adapter...

I also found some white faced gauges a while back and a carbon fiber trim piece for it that I absolutely love!

And yes I know my speedo is stuck.... I still have yet to fix that..... Just one of its many problems....

and they light up blue at night which is pretty sweet....

This is a picture that I was kind of going for when I started my car....

but since then I've changed my mind so many times....

I pulled the big g@y wing off when I shattered my rear window out....

I was pissed that day....

The Chop Shop before in the cold Indiana weather....

And after....

I was just lucky that I hadn't sold the rear hatch off my parts car yet....Speaking of that thing.....

That was it... And now its all parted out and crushed.... There was way 2 much rust to try and fix that piece....

240 day at my house... We had 4 s13's there that day.

This is the car that was for sale on here for a while.... The guy bought it and the day after wrecked it into a guard rail... I thought someone out there might want to see some of the carnage and what happened to the front end on my parts car.....

You might be wondering what the white stuff is and why the hood isn't closed all the way.... Well the radiator core support was bent so bad that we couldn't bend it back by hand nor a BFH... So we put Styrofoam in between the hood an headlights and bunjied the hood closed so it wouldn't fly up on him... Haven't heard any more on his car...

I have a video of that day when we were pulling the busted hood off and front bumper and throwing them across the yard... I'll have to find it and post it in here. Its pretty funny...

Anyways back to my s13....

After I busted the window out of it I decided I might as well just take it apart once again and re-paint the kit back to white since it looked better that way...

This is what it will look like by this monday.... My teaser photo....

They're not on yet but my parts will be here soon enough....

I'll have more pictures of that stuff when it arrives. I can't wait....I've even got a set of spare tires in my storage room just to go have some fun on... And luck me I have a friend that has a tire changing machine.... So thats free... He also works for a tire place so I get used tires for free as well.... Thats part of the reason I stayed with stock 15's for as long as I have... I hope to include a motor swap in this thread some day once I sell my z to someone....

There was an incident that caused this dramatic 4 to 5 lug conversion....

I was taking my car for a short ride to good ole wally world when a lifted dodge truck bout ran me over! A car in front of him slowed down and he decided to gun it and try to squeeze in between me and the other car. It didn't happen like that.... I noticed what he was going to do and jammed the brakes and yanked my e-brake while cutting the wheel to the right to avoid him creaming the whole drivers side of my car.

Pictures of it getting towed home....

Well I ended up smoking the curb which in my town the curbs are like brick walls... it was about 10" tall.... It messed up my front bumper yet again and snapped my tie rod and bent my lower control arm all to he!! and back.

So that inspired me to just swap my shr!t to 5 lug instead of just fixing the lower control arm....

I'm seriously going to beat the crap outta that guy for making me hit the curb! But in the end it will be worth it...

Some other random photo's:

my full 2 1/2" exhaust... HKS muffler, high flow cat, and Pacesetter header.

Short shifter

My friend's gt500 all original....

When I blew my radiator...

silicone doesn't work for a hole that big under that much pressure.......

Thats next on my to do list.... It needs to be moveable first tho.... I plan on saving my next 4 or 5 checks and buying all the supplies and finishing up the body work... I might even primer it before then but I'm not sure yet. My dad Paints cars for a body shop and his work is excellent only thing is he doesn't have a place to do it right now... So I'm SOL until he gets a place to do it or if i decide to take it to a shop and have them paint it... The only bad thing is I'm very anal about the way I want it all painted and I'd be there everyday just making sure they do it just right.....

Trust me.... To each his own tho. I'll have the parts I want eventually its just taking forever and a day.......

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but there is not one thing I like about your car. I guess the nicest way possible was to not say anything but we're all friends here right? I can be honest.

I will knock on it, its not the fact buying stuff on ebay is bad, its you buying the horrible junk sellers put on it. I wouldn't have said anything if you bought things that were safe and fit correctly, but you didn't. That steering wheel is junk, and if you ever get in a crash, its going to fold in half. I'm not trying to be an ***, somethings like that steering wheel just aren't safe, and i feel like you need to understand that. You have ebay coilovers that cost 20 bucks, and those aren't teins no matter how hard you shut your eyes and imagine, unless thats not the picture of them. Seems like you've got you funds in the wrong places at the wrong times. Just like it doesn't seem you have done proper maintenance first, like your radiator should have been replaced obviously, if you checked over the whole car and had it for 3 years.

This is why im being alittle hard on you... do things properly and i'm all for it. I know people have their own style of what they want their car to look at, so cool if you like the looks, i won't say anything about that, just don't cheap out on parts that can cause a crash.

Good luck with everything, take my opinion for what its worth, if not, fine.

Behind every car there is a story.... I was young and dumb when I started building my car yes I will admit it... I'm not saying my parts are the greatest right now. I know that and FYI the car if you haven't noticed has been in a car accident thats why its getting swapped to 5 lug. And the steering wheel is fine. I trust it with my life or I wouldn't have it on my car duh. I could sit back and look at your car and point out all of the things I don't like about it, but its your car your the one that drives it and I like my car for what it is. I know the plans I have for my car and yes it will def look better once it is all one color. It takes time like anything nice and you have to stick with it. Don't ask me what I was thinkin when I was 16 and wanted all kinds of stupid stuff. Trust me i'm starting over and doing things right this time and thats why I made this thread... No one's perfect and I don't need to hear how bad you don't like my car. I love it to death and I haven't posted some of the interesting things about it that I don't have pictures of yet since my camera broke.

I also made this thread to get advice on what others think I should do next. Plus If you haven't noticed I didn't post any pictures of under the hood.... The neon's came on the car and they are long gone now.... The wing... I don't know what I was thinking about that but its long gone 2.... and the tails are already in the trash where they belong. I'm going to buy the kouki tail's in a couple months before it goes into paint. I also don't want the 240sx rear quarter window's and I'm searching for 180sx one's. So if anyone know's where I can get those let me know. It will only get better with time....

Its not as bad as some of the other 240's out there... At least I still don't have any rust on my ride....

Oh and as for the radiator.... The only reason I used silicone on it was b/c i blew when I was in indy and I live about an hour from there... I had to get home somehow. I've got a newer radiator out of a 91 in it now. So don't say I don't know proper my proper maintenance... That was a last effort move to get the car home without blowing it up.

You had a parts car, youve had the car 3 years........... and yet this is the best you can come up with "it isnt done"......... no it is been done. someone needs to put it out of its misery.

part it out and stop thinking ebay is one stop shop for performance. Ive had my car going on 2 years in june and well it is def a work in progress, I would be imbarrassed to drive that thing down the block. even a 4 dollar can of spray paint for the white body kit would have helped it 1000%.....

ebay ISNT a great place to find stuff. less you are looking for cheap **** and making you car look like cheap ****.

if this was your plan...... I wouldnt say "it isnt finished", I woud call it "mission accomplished!"

Listen, I didn't say anything about the look of your car, so there would be no reason to point out anything on my car, because you have no idea whats been done, nor the quality of parts. I'm not calling you out on anything, just warning you for the future.

Yea sure, you were young... thats fine. I'm not saying your an idiot, just be aware and start fixing the things you need to the right way. I never said i was perfect, nor anyone else, because no one is. Thats how you learn. Just relax, i'm trying to help you out so you don't make the same mistakes, exactly like when you said, "i don't know what i was thinking when i was 16." And that steering wheel is not safe, its been discussed. Even a buddy of mine bought one, put it on, and immediately took it off because how horribly flimsy it was. I'm sure you have your own opinion, but one crash will tell the tale.

Good luck with your build.

Well the kit is getting painted as soon as my z is sold and I'm going to put my 17" konig's on it this monday when my 5 lug parts come in. I had a guy send me an e-mail today that wants to trade me a black top sr for my z. But I don't know if thats going to pan out or fall through... He said he can get a red top but right now he has the black top. So like I said its getting a makeover... And no the car has never been "Done" Its a work in progress. I would have the car finished if I wasn't in school all the time and didn't work. It could be worse I could own a honda......

Speaking of honda's Check out my friend's integra we just got finished last week

Sneak peak... phone camera pic since my sister has my camera for the week.

I'll have more pictures of everything that I've done so far later on... I've got tomorrow off so I'll be at it all day. I have decided to ditch the bodykit idea... Instead I have decided I want to get a 91-94 chuki front bumper fenders and bumper extention fender pieces. I don't know if it all bolts up or not but I think it should with little to no modifications. I found a chuki front bumper on e-bay but they want an arm and a leg for it...

So. For those who read this.... I'm looking for a 91-94 chuki front end I don't care what color it is b/c I am having the whole car re-painted in as soon as I get the parts in.

I've got quite an issue with my front wheels rubbing my shocks right now. Thats what I'm going to try to fix tomorrow. I'm ordering extended studs and a wheel spacers and hopefully that will work... Lets see if anyone can guess what wheels those are....

I'll also be re-wiring some things and finishing up the other mods I haven't show you guy's yet.... But for now I'm going to bed l8ter
