240 + wet road = spinning out/sliding, sometimes more or less depending on the tire, but its just something you learn to deal with when you drive the car. Had my first lesson with that 17 hours after I bought the car, to make a long story short my ars end met a guard rail...

anyway I learned really quick what she could/couldn’t do in the rain... and for a while I also would get antsy in curves when it rained, but you get used to how the car feels and are able to generally tell when you start to push it too much.
I had some potenza 950's and they were great in the rain, esp. w/ hydroplaning... but now I have some yo-mammas and don’t like them as much at all, they suck in the rain, I can barely get above 55 then I start to hydroplane. The 950's had decent dry and wet handling... overall a nice tire, I ended up doing the 5-lug swap and got rid of the 950's, as soon as these tires are gone I am going back to some form of the 950's.
