GO Ghana, I had to install flooring this morning but my girl told me when I walked in... I freaked out. Nice NL.

Germany has so got this if they can get past the next match.

Also the corner where he taps it(ball) like 6inches and then two other players run to the corner for it and scrap in the corner.

Man, what the f***. Uruguay's putting on a f*** drama play. Suarez didn't even get hit on the head, and he keeps acting like he did. One s*** jumped up for the ball, missed, and fell on his neck. Moron.

Then Ghana lands a missle right before half time, making Uruguay look dumb right now.

Now Uruguay got a sick strike from Forlan.

HOLY CRAP!

Hand ball in the box given to Uraguay in the 120th minute...
Uraguay gets a red card and Ghana takes a penalty kick...

He misses, now the Penalty shoot-out begins. Wow, just wow.

Losing penalty kicks is the soccer equivalent to getting kicked in the balls...

Losing in penalty kicks while you missed one at the end of extra time...

No words can describe how that feels...

So you win a PK right before PKs and you sissy tap it at the keeper?! I bet they wish Mutari was still on the field for that one. Crush PKs, don't kick them.

Ghana let all of Africa down, that's gotta feel bad, not to mention how Brazil feels.

I hope Germany can take spain, cuz they lost to Italy last WC and that squad wasn't that good. Spain has some nice play makers but no real unity.

Argentina I think just lost due to being behind the whole game and it pissing them off.

Plus Germany's U21 is working this tourney.

You'll need them to beat Netherlands today, first, which isn't looking very likely :chuckle:

Spain played like garbage last match up until the last 10 minutes. Doesn't look very promising for them against Germany. I'm hoping for a Germany vs Netherlands final. Would be amazing.

I said it from the beginning i was rooting for Netherlands. It feels so good to know you don't have to stop watching, or root for a new team, or just say: "i don't care who wins". Well at least for now. hard to tell how the match will end until it does.

:werd:

I had my bets on England and Netherlands, but now only one stands, and they've played very well and deserve to be here.

Yes they have. I've been a Netherlands fan since the '98 WC. They're gonna need to bring it harder from now on though. Cause i'm pretty sure even though most bets are on them, beating Uruguay may not be so easy. Uruguay hasn't played so well in the last two matches, and they know they pressure will be on, so the desperation is gonna kick in.

Very true. In the early stages, Uruguay had one hell of a defense, but Ghana broke them down quiet a bit. If the Dutch can keep up with the long passes like they have, they'll do well.

Well good job Netherlands, first team in wooden shoes to make it to the finals since the 70's. Uruguay would totally had this if Suarez wasn't on Red Card suspension.

Oh well now Germany can steamroll Spain and NL.

Woo! Netherlands are on to the finals! It's going to be awesome; Germany vs Netherlands. Uruguay's going to dominate Spain, Suarez will be there for that match.

it's really not true to say if Suarez wasn't carded, Uruguay would've had this. If he wasn't carded, Ghana would've beaten them, even though the free kick leading to that fiasco was from a dive. But even so, we've seen Uruguay get lots of free kicks from diving.
