It sounds like a strong case to me. The math sounded plain and simple to exactly what happened. Sorry to come in this thread and see some poop like that. That really sucks. You could buy 10 baller 240s with the money you are about to win in court!

Ok so I'm new to this side of nico (I've been on the convertible forum for a little while) but just wanted to send a very late holy wjsbskwjehslwkwhshs, congratulations for being able to get through that. And also thank you for not losing faith in all women, just the sociopathic ones :D like your car btw.

I am still on the lookout for a decent HB. I've found a couple that were either almost rusted in half, mangled beyond repair or had salvage titles. One looked like it had been used as a meth lab before it caught fire. The Del Sol has been a front wheel fail and traded/upgraded to a miata as I need a daily driver, but the addition of dogs and the need to haul household repair stuff and more than 2 bags of groceries at a time is necessitating a change from Miata to an 85 Mercedes 300tdt (Zombie Battle Wagon).
I do miss my Nissan sorely, and am reminded of her every time I see that slight dent in my skull. As soon as I have one again, I will start back up with all of this. Again, you guys are awesome on an epic scale and I can't wait to be a real member of this community again.
By the by, I still have some random parts mostly new in box, such as steel brake lines, brand new clutch assembly, the privacy cover that goes from the back seat to cover the trunk area, and a few other odds and mostly interior ends. PM me if you need something and we'll see if we can come to an arrangement.
Drive Safe.
