Domestic violence has a place in this world... It's just been misused.

All kidding aside, welcome aboard.

All I have for you is a firm handshake, a cold beer, and this:

Thank you for your service, sir.

I'm in the military also and I hear these stories all too often. The 240 will definitely help you keep your mind off the other bullsh*t. Stay busy on the 240 and I guarantee you'll be rewarded with satisfaction.

It's funny but i was in a somewhat simialr situation. I was with my ex for 4 years and then one day, out of nowhere she didn't come home.

I took my s*** and left. About a month after I bought a s13 coupe w/ Sr in it. I overpaid for sure on it, but i am now best friends with the guy that sold it to me and he has made up for over charging by helping me build.

All i can tell you is that my car has really kept me stable after life threw me through a loop. Saviing for parts and putting then on ine at at time. Hours in the garage just thinking about the finished product. And let me tell you nothing worked on my car.

But after 1-1/2 years that car has kept me sane. After all the BS I have been through with it, just watching it take shape has and working hard on it had kept me on a even keel.

GL in the future, and think about your soon to be ex wife in the Bronk Tale way. A couple of thousand in cash and a car, and she is out of your life forever. Small price to pay of you ask me.

Well, first I hope this is a real story only in the sense that I hate trolls; no disrespect if it's real. Second, I can't believe no one picked up on the cats! Jeez man, right there you have an animal abuse/cruelty suit. Hello??? ... "almost dead", "neglect", "disease"!!! Who cares about any of the other material things (cars, credit, etc). No material posession compares to that of life! No one in their right mind would not pursue justice from this kind of story! You need to right the wrong LEGALLY and make her pay for her criminal acts. If you do nothing, the respect I have for you as a human would be greatly diminished. Good luck with everything and thank you for your overseas service to this country.

HOLY BALLS that blows... Well at least legally the odds are in your favor as you can sue on grounds of infidelity. AND if she really did buy all that stuff in your name, all you need is documentation of when you were deployed to nail her @$$. As for the pictures, it's all evidence, especially if she's rubbing it in your face. She already dug the hole and jumped in, all you have to do is bury the b*tch in court. You'll be fine. And your 240 is better than a crappy z3.

dude, wow, sue her a--! I'm not the type to say that to just anything (ie. "omg my coffee is hat and spilled it on myself, imma sue you a--holes") No what she did is damn criminal, animal abuse on top of it all. PUT HER A-- IN JAIL!

its why I stayed away from both, seeing and hearing about all of it, why would anyone still think its a good idea. LOL I'd rather die lonely and happy doing what I wanted to do, then have a +60% chance of getting pwned by the woman I married throughout my life.

First off, much props for serving for all of us! Second, dude, you have to get a lawyer and clean that skank out. Men get the blame for cheating on women and to hear something like this... it's just messed up. I feel bad for you, but don't ever feel bad for her, no matter what crap she tells you. Force feed her her pain and suffering back ten fold, what comes around goes around. Good luck with the 240, we've got your back if you need anything.

Why cars are better then women... -Like to get beat on over and over and love it. -Door chime loves to remind you her legs are open and waiting for you to step inside-The more money you spend on her the better she gets!-No long term commitment/drama/emotion fest

And so on

All joking aside, BEAT THAT BI**HES A$$!

^^ This right here. ^^

One of my most memorable classes was Sociology 252: Marriage and Family.

After being previewed to modern marriage statistics, the dynamics of the family (all family "types"), divorce rates and causes, and everything in-between... I told myself there is a 0% chance that I'm taking a 50%+ risk of losing 50% of my net worth in a divorce. I couldn't even dream up the OP's scenario , but I think it lends itself to my logic.

There are three KEY factors to lessening the risk of marriage IMHO:

1. Partners both have a desire to raise children in a classic "nuclear" family.2. Both partners aged OVER 25 years, preferably 30+ years. This drops the rate of divorce SIGNIFICANTLY (by 25%, give or take a few points).3. Both partners fully disclose financial desires, and adhere to a legal agreement that sets the grounds for divorce in the event it may occur.

I'm sure I'll marry when I'm ready for kids, but hellllllllllllll no prior-to.

I'm sure married men that are reading this are aware, but marriage really used to be an issue of property exchange between men. Nowadays, marriage is an issue of women's acquisition of men's properties. It may sound like rhetoric, but legally speaking, you'll find that it holds water.
