Spent most of the day wrestling with my suspension bolts, to properly preload bushings.

Jesus christ, I'm buying a better socket set, a breaker bar, and a quality ratchet..... I've suffered with this crap long enough. It makes an hour of work into six hours, if you have to strategize over how you're going to get every single bolt out.

Made some changes that will result in me driving a monster truck again. I found I'd hit my rear bump stops, and the front's been funny. I made the front LCAs parallel to the ground and tie rods, which turned out to be literally as high as my coilovers go..... I think stock might be like half an inch higher, but maybe this is stock. But looking at the arm positions, this absolutly MUST perform much better than being lowered, without aftermarket knuckles.

Installed some ebay RUCAS for adjustable camber in the rear. Eliminated the need for spacers and my aggressive camber in favor of better tread life. Also just received my ebay exhaust (notice the trend here) hoping to install it asap.

......I'd say raise it, as opposed to putting ebay arms on it, and save.

That's just me and all. But there's a big difference between what happens to you when your ebay exhaust breaks, and when your ebay ruca breaks.

Even if they look fine, you have no idea what steels, heat treating methods, weld checking methods, or anything else, is used in chinese crap. It's not designed, and it's not a copy of a design, it's designed to LOOK like a copy, of a design.

I finished struggling through breaking and retorquing my suspension bolts (except rlcas, I lost patience and plan to replace the whole arm, bushings, and ball joint at some point, so I'm less worried about it's bushings). On this side, I used a lot of WD40, and was glad of that, hope they don't all fall off and kill me. Anyway, got the thing back on the ground, and went for a spin.

The sad thing is that they were a gift, I personally would try to avoid ebay stuff for my car. The exhaust is also a bit of a fart can, (it's 3").

Ended up returning the ebay exhaust in favor of some used tires and a proper alignment. It's still a bit off, (pulls to the right just a bit) so I'm thinking it's the control arms/bushings. Any input would be appreciated.

control arms shouldn't do that, if they JUST aligned it, even if the bushings are torn.

Maybe you're just driving on a crowned road.

New aluminum radiator, belts, hoses, thermostat, front crank seal, and flushed the cooling system.

First off, welcome to NICO! Make sure to go to General Chat and read the FAQ.

To answer your question, you need to create a post in the appropriate forum. Since this is engine related, I would post in the forum corresponding to the engine you have in your 240. Making an off-topic post in a thread is called hi-jacking and it's looked down upon.
