Used the manual bypass valve on my convertible to lower the top with no battery in the car. Sweet! Owned it for 6 years and did not even know that was there...... never really needed it until today.

saturday - parked my car amongst the illustrious crowrd at cars and coffee, irvine. tons of haters... but if 30 stock porsches can come in then why the hell not my modified S13? plus ive been putting in dues walking the morning lot for like 3 years straight.
Sunday - pulled out my seats, center trim, and radio trim to finally vaccuum inside the beast. i dont think i have ever vacuumed it in 5 years of owning it.

2 days of firsts for my car! WOOOT!

Lets see, I made repairs to the engine harness and I changed the alternator. It was fun, dirty, and my back hurts because my s13 is low.

heh. today replaced the radiator lol see my above post? crazy how quick stuff breaks in a 20 year old car... :tisk: BUT she runs good now! :woot:
WHY is the cooling system so hard to bleed in an s13?! This time around was easier than before though(did water pump a couple months ago)

Changed my exhaust, from stock to stock. Mine had a rot hole on the bottom. Also took off the heat shields because there was an annoying rattle, but no more

And a few days ago i changed the water pump, also decided to change the thermostat for the hell of it. When we put coolant in, we started it up and put heat full blast, wasn't getting warm… Had it running for like 40 minutes.. Still didn't blow warm air, decided to give it a drive to see if it overheated, and it didn't. Drove like 20 miles too, then the air got warm. guess i got lucky…??

and to whom it may concern..

NEVER take your heat shields off without wearing some sort of eye protection lol

I got fiberglass in my eye and it was so irritated i had to go to the doctor. Turned out i had corneal abrasions . Now i have to wear an eye patch -_x
