What RPM do you guys shift at?

I shift around 3.5-4 k in prety much every gear driving normally. It feels the best, a lot of people think shifting at lower RPM's saves gas but it does not, the engine runs most effecient in its torque range which is between 3500-5000 about.

Low RPM's are for V8's
