Shift normal at 2500-3000 for street driving, use the higher revs to accelerate when you must (get out of the way, merge into traffic, etc). If this is your DD don't abuse it often. If you have another car, do whatever just do it safe

and on snow i shift even earlier

this is what i go through everyday i wish...

when the car is cold i shift a little under 2k. but after a little bit i usually shift at 2-2200 rpm. sometimes i go upto 2500 and maybe 3k if i need to move it but rarely past that. i don't really see the need to go past that unless i feel like it once in a blue moon.

3500 RPM, how much gas can you actually be saving from each tank?

you can save alot. take off in 2nd, once you up to speed put it in 5th. Try doing this net time you fill up

Taking off in second too much will kill your clutch. When I'm not in a hurry it's 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th. Fuel economy heaven here I come!

2k normal driving, you must have a really happy CA.My CA is lazy as F*** 2k is like im just off the line, no way im shifting now.3k minimum.

If i even try shifting at 2k my CA flips me off, laughs then grunts till i give it more gas.
