You should care about religion. I mean, what is there to loose? Believe Jesus died for your sins and ask God to forgive you for them. Its not like you have anything to loose.

<--baptist, and didnt' get that from a dumb quiz.

1. Liberal Quaker (100%)2. Unitarian Universalism (97%)

going over the definitions of each of these was interesting.. as i did'nt have an understanding of their practices. And they're both very accepting/open.

eh. i'm just satisfied with calling myself an agnostic and that's it.

cool quiz though, it was somewhat thorough with its questions

This is a good post, that Belief-o-matic is quite interesting. My results prove to be quite accurate, even though most of those availiable answers would need to be tweaked to match my (and my Churches) beliefs.

1. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (100%) 2. Jehovah's Witness (84%) 3. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (83%) 4. Orthodox Quaker (73%) 5. Eastern Orthodox (72%) 6. Orthodox Judaism (72%) 7. Roman Catholic (72%) 8. Islam (65%) 9. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (63%) 10. Seventh Day Adventist (63%) 11. Hinduism (61%) 12. Sikhism (58%) 13. Bahá'í Faith (57%) 14. Mahayana Buddhism (50%) 15. Jainism (48%) 16. Liberal Quakers (47%) 17. Theravada Buddhism (44%) 18. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (43%) 19. Reform Judaism (40%) 20. Neo-Pagan (38%) 21. Unitarian Universalism (36%) 22. New Age (25%) 23. New Thought (25%) 24. Scientology (24%) 25. Nontheist (22%) 26. Secular Humanism (22%) 27. Taoism (20%)

Put two and two together, my location of Utah and my 100% LDS score and you can deduce my religion. If those 20 questions sparked any religious interest in you, and you want to know what my exact belief is on any given question, feel free to email me, or put me on your MSN list. I enjoy a good discussion, be it about Cars or religion or what fast food place is the best.

1. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (100%) 2. Seventh Day Adventist (87%) 3. Eastern Orthodox (85%) 4. Roman Catholic (85%) Maybe its too early in the morning and I didnt read all the questions. I may need to retake this test. "Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant encompasses a lot (no a ton) of churches in the US. So I guess my church (Lutheran) fits in there.

I disagree with you here. You shouldn't believe in something because you are afraid of what might happen. You should believe in something becuase you believe it is right and will provide you with a better life. I think that is problem with many beliefs people have, they are to afraid to consider if what they are doing is right or wrong. Also religion doesn't mean Christianity. He could care about religion and be Buddist or a Wiccan. The little Roman Catholic that is left in me believes that if god is truly almighty he won't care if you believe in him or don't believe in him.

Not to start a religious war, but your statement is incorrect. It is not the "little Roman Catholic" in you that helps you believe that, it would be your Universalistic beliefs. That statement is counter to the Dogma of the Church and to Tradition.

But we understand what you were getting at.

I am no great Roman Catholic Theologian and this question (though vague) has been debated for a long time. All of this matters little since Dogma to the Roman Catholic Church can only be interrupted "Ex Cathedra." You would need to research the Dogma of the Roman Catholic Church to get a definitive answer. In short (speak for another denomination) I do not think that Roman Catholics believe that.
