Thank you, That's what I keep trying to tell everyone in this damn thread. It's just hesitation. The main cause of that on these cars are the spark plugs. I remember you saying the previous owner did injectors plugs timing belt etc etc, but check to see if they are NGK- PFR11b series plugs.pintovit wrote:Aren't we going a little bit over board here?
A hesitant 300? Just sell the bastard and buy a new one?!Replace engine?
Please, some one diagnose the patiente before atempting a heart transplant! It might be a flu (the normal one, not even the funky one).
Ah good... That's good to hear. I would still take on that EFI harness... But first things first. Find the problem.Vanessalalinda wrote:yes definitely which is why he followed with having me come so he can just take a look at as it may all just be some faulty connectors

Since you want to keep a Z for a long time and do find out you have a problematic engine head part, I would just get another Z rather then pay lots of money to replace it right. Personally if I was to spend money for new parts I would get a TT to start with or a 2+2 to convert it into a TT.Most likely you have a minor problem that is hard to spot but here is a list of cars to look at.http://www.cars.com/for-sale/s...=DESCVanessalalinda wrote:I never thought a 94k mi Z was too much mileage..
Unless you go to Shell or somthing then premium is only like 20 cents a gallon more than regular. that's like a dollar every 5 gallons. Donno about you but it take 13 to fill up my 2+0. So yeah...car nut wrote:Yes. I wouldn't shift below 2200. And premium isn't really all that pricey... It's only like $3-$4 more per fill up at the most...

Looks like someone didn't pay attentionVanessalalinda wrote:ok i need you boys to pay attention this time ok?? ready?? ready???is it bad to shift at a low rpm??? (not how much more is premium over regular)
That's exactly what I would do. Any lower and you'll be lugging the motor wayyyy too much (stupid variable valves and their s***ty torque production).LIBRILZ wrote:If you are lookking for mpg's I would shift at about 2200-2500. That's just me though. Everyone has their own way of saving gas when driving?
What MPGs do you usually get?
