biggie, sorry about that. I missed it. It's 3003. I googled and found this info on different aluminum grades. Hope this helps.

http://www.aircraftspruce.com/...o.php

"3003 This is the most widely used of all aluminum alloys. It is essentially commercially pure aluminum with the addition of manganese which increases the strength some 20% over the 1100 grade. Thus, it has all the excellent characteristics of 1100 with higher strength. It has excellent corrosion resistance. It has excellent workability and it may be deep drawn or spun, welded or brazed. It is non heat treatable. Applications: cooking utensils, decorative trim, awnings, siding, storage tanks, chemical equipment."

I got to the shop last night and installed my under body skid plate. Very easy install...took me longer to try and jack my low *** car up then to install the plate. It was easier for me to roll under the car with the plate on my belly. Then I just held the plate up and started the front bolt first...cause I thought it would be hard to get that spacer in there if I did the middle bolts first. Then I moved to the middle and then the back bolts and nuts. Very easy and very nicely designed under plate. Way to go Sukhee!!! Please thank your friend as well for me. Here is the plate installed:

Factory cover soaks up oil like crazy, so if you have main crank seal or power steering leak, it's trashed. I've gone through a couple of brand new OEM covers myself.

would you prefer we "bid" on them to boost your feedback or just buy them here? I'm probably going to be ready to purchase tomorrow.

Ok, one more question: Would you prefer paypal and have $2.70 cut from what you receive or would you like me to send you a check and have me spend an extra $0.41 to send it to you? I'm fine with either way. Let me know and payment will be on its way!

Are you still selling these??? How much for one? I should be able to get the bolts myself.

I just recieved one i ordered online, but its not as long and doesn't have the bend in the front that urs does. I really want that bend in the front, cause i want the air to go under it, not over.

P.S. Bump...

I took mine out of the box once...

It's a great piece. I just don't want to put it in until I get all my oil leaks tracked down and repaired. That means it might not be until I go KA-T.

Yeah, my 2 are sitting in the garage. As soon as I get a free weekend I may put the Vert one on (need to paint first) or I may wait until after 5spd swap, the coupe one is waiting on work (ka-t, etc).

Uhm, where is this PS cooler you speak of? It doesn't block anything that the OEM bottom cover doesn't block.

I didnt even know 240s came with a bottom cover? lol. The power steering cooling line is in front of the crossmember. Its just a long power steering line that goes from the driver side to the passenger side then loops back to the drivers side. Its not much but a cheap little thing but it has a purpose.

Never knew that was considered a cooling line. But yeah from the factory is covered by the OEM bottom cover.

Don't know why I can't find a pic of the OEM one. Just threw mine away the other day when moving.
