So, I had to stand off by myself and deal with azzholes at the time :ohno:

I guess I'm part of the moldy oldy crew too, and discovered the site in '02 when I was thinking about making my old S13 a track car. (I ended up leaving it stock and took it to the track anyway). I conversed with some real nice, smart, and entertaining folks, plus Jesda :chuckle: (j/k, Jes) I really enjoyed the humor, and knowledge being exchanged. Deezolballs, who was one of my favorite posters back then, was downright hilarious in the "ring" which was similar in some aspects to the Learned'd threads.

My appreciation of NICO jumped to the next level a year later when it was time to sell my S13. I advertised it on NICO and I ended up selling it to Repo Man pretty quickly. , The best part for me was meeting Repo and Cold Zero in person, who were really great guys. From that point, I was totally hooked on NICO. The rest is history. Thank you NICO.

Wow, NICO has REALLY changed my life.

I found it when my dad took my first Nissan to the hardware store. Someone gave him a NICOclub card and talked to him for a bit. I still have no idea who it was, as there are no other members in my neighborhood.

I have gained so much knowledge and so many lulz in the close to five years I've been a membership. I have met without a doubt one of the most generous and smartest people I've ever talked to, Sean Dragonetti. He opened his home to me and Michele and fed us. He and Kevin (Heavy) leaned'd me on so much when they weren't rescuing me and fixing my s***.

I have met more than a handful of amazing people that are a blast to hang out with and talk to. Tito, Mark, Gerry, Faizan, Adam, Tyler, Ray, Jim (that man knows more about tires than anyone else). And of course Greg and Becky.

NICO also introduced me to the most beautiful and caring person I have ever laid eyes on, Michele Paixao. Without this site I never would've found such an amazing person.

I also met my landlord on here. LOL

Thanks for so much.

I was peer-pressured into joining NICO... My friends kept calling me a fag because I wasn't "in the know"...

1384 posts later... I'm still here...
