i personally LOVE this one, and would not be as willing to drop 500+ on anything else but these. this is also the only proto i included in my emails (selfish i know, but hey, they are hawt-to-trot and they are the ones that i want lol) so i would go with these.

Yeah I like those too

and about the flat black or clear color I don't think that would be a problem since they just have to use a different paint for it. I'll go make the poll for this one

mcheddadi have you been able to get ahold of depot auto or billetmyride ??

i have sent them replies asking them to keep my updated but i have not heard anything. At this point it looks like we have ~30 definite in your poll but i dont think billet is even going to blink at a request of 30 =/

as active as these forums are, getting 150 seems pretty rough =/

thank you,to be honest i know alot of you are looking to get ones pre made, the problem with most aftermarket headlights is the projectors they put in. weve had a lot of people come to us with ebay style projector headlamps from various cars and still ask us to retrofit in a tsx projector for example. the problem isnt the lens its the actual projector has no cut off inside it which makes it worse then having h.i.d's in a non hid headlight and creates glare. To be honest i saw a post with someone in here saying they can do them for 400, thats 2 headlights and 2 projectors. which if true is a very good price but im wondering about the bulb converters to convert them into d2s plug ins and the fact you would need d2b bulbs and projectors. id also like to be able to find new headlights for 200 but i doubt that. if this turns out to be legit id go with him cause theres no way i can match that and hes even including labour

Thank you,Just also wanted to say thanks for everyone that has been sending me emails and pms about the lights. We do alot of work for the subaru club in toronto and nasioc as well as the lancer club. basically weve worked on everything, we even do taillights and interior lighting. i also just want to say that we dont mean to step on anyones toes if weve done so, just trying to give back to the community with a great product with an ever better price. if anyone has any questions done dont be shy to email me or pm me,email: balisch at hotmail dot com

also we could do a group buy if interested, we would just need a deposit and a list of wat each customer would want done (bi xenon, single set ups, hid kits, bulb colour, angel eyez, demon eyes, custom shroud, aftermarket shroud, cystom harness )

thanks,BrandonRetro Lite

we dont need that picture anymore, so some good news, weve been comming up with ways to get this all sorted out, basically you can keep your stock bulbs, ballast and harness so they will work the same as stock. we can get these lights apart no problem, right now where looking for a headlight to make a proto type out of either one that has been in an accident or a spare one. even if it doesnt have glass on it we can use it. when we go ahead and do the headlights all we would need is for you to send us your headlight with the low beam left inside it just so we can modify it to fit into the new projector ( durability wont be sacrificed) in the future if you ever need to replace bulbs simple d2s bulbs can be ordered (tend to be a little bit cheaper) and will plug right in without modification.

in terms of the final product its going to be similar to this except the projector will be on the outside not the inside which equals better visability. were also looking at doing something similar to the other design with the led strip inside it. let me know what you guys think,thankshttp://i18.photobucket.com/alb...2.jpg

forgot to mention for the 2.5 without the hid set up from the factory we can make you a custom harness and get you an hid it with a one year warranty so you will have the same set up as the 3.5, price shouldnt be that much more,

pricing for the 3.5 is looking to be around 400 + shipping to us maybe a bit less if we get a certain number.

pricing for the 2.5 is looking to be 550 with a year warranty for the kit and everything maybe a bit less

isnt there a kit that allows people that have aftermarket ballasts to use the d2s projector bulbs ? because alot of the people that want these that have the 2.5 and no factory hid have already bought aftermarket kits like these.

at the moment the price doesnt include angel eyes im sure if we do a large order we can add angel eyes ccfl for an extra 30 bucks.

the people with aftermarket kits we can get the adaptors for no problem i believe there like 30 bucks.

people with no hid kits we can also get so theres tons of options

turn around time is about 1 day per set. once we get the prototype done we can probably get 3 done in a day maybe a few more depending on each persons set up.

Also if you would like to get aftermarket bulbs to say go to a 6000k we can do that as well.

hope this helps

its hard to say as it would vary from different places. best way to check would be to measure them out and get a quote, some of the bigger name stores are always a bit more money (ups) ive found purolator to be pretty cheap

ok guys where looking for another car to do work on, were in the works with a few people that are not waiting for a prototype and our placing orders for various items that we did to the lancer and we have about 3 people so far, im willing to take deposits for the first set we can do say 10 now then another set of how many others we have. this way for people unsure they can see some people with the set up, were looking at doing for the first set only bi xenon projectors with angel eyes for 500 and after that the prices will most likely go up.

if anyone is interested in getting in on the first batch of 10 where looking for roughly 7 more pending the other 3 still go through and will be taking deposits of 250 for them you can email me or post here

thanks,

Hi Brandon,

I live in the GTA and I can lend you my car if need be, but I am at a cousins wedding this weekend. I am back in the GTA on Sunday midnight. We can talk on Monday when I back, and or give you the 250$ deposit if you like.

BTW I drive a 3.5se With HID bulbs stock incase that helps or does not.

so before i place the order with deposits in the next couple days i have 1 set of infinity fx projectors here that we can do for a toronto based person so we can get the pictures up faster (will be bi xenon with the harness and such, blacked out high beam) which we can either hook up to the turn signal or just leave it for show, we can do this for 400, basically your getting bi xenon and the wiring for the same price as what the group buy will be getting low beam only for.

let me know if anyone is interested in this, looking to do this sunday or monday.thanks

forgot to mention, for us to be able to keep your factory bulbs and hid ballast you would have to have d2r bulbs which i believe come in the premium package of the 3.5
