Well, it's finally done, with paint that is! I washed her up, waxed her real good, and took some pics. The corners and such aren't on because they're being "tinted" by my paint guy. I'll take some more when I get them on. Anyways, enjoy and lmk what you think NICO!

Future plans.....

Bricks, GTR grill, Nardi Classic

Q45 brakes

Interior fabric

The paint color is oem gray, and the top is black. I'm still trying to decide what I want to cover in that fabric. And I'll be putting some s14 seat belts as well. Later down the road will come a different exhaust and maybe kae-t.

Thanks for looking and lmk what you think!

It wasn't a single stage. It was a full multiple stage job with a separate clear coat.

tell your painter to cut and buff it because it sure as hell looks like single stage to me. not trying to rain on your parade, but thats what it looks like. no depth to it at all for being multi-stage paint job. thats why i assumed it was single stage because single stage has no depth to it. still looks good though no doubt. well the front does atleast.... not a sil40 fan myself either. i wouldve went typeX, but your car so enjoy it!!!

It's ok, I WANT you to tell me what you think. About the buff, it was an extra $200 and I'm on a budget. I'm still REALLY thinking about it though. I was going to drive it for a while then make my decision. I'll probably go ahead and do it though.

Anyways, I couldn't resist mocking up the lights/grill. Here's another pic.

wow, a multi-stage paint job and no cut n buff included WTF?? i would def do it! in the pic that shows your reflection you can def see LOTS of orange peel. i can see it everywhere. i would wait till youre done doing most major upgrades, that way if you scratch something the painter can sand the scratches out while hes buffing.

When I see threads like this, it makes me wish my car were pretty, then I remember I would just wreck it up anyway. I cant have nice things.

I was never a fan of the silvia front on a hatch, but you have me second guessing myself. Looks pretty good man.
