I know this is kind of off-topic, but I'm really diggin' your signature Ed. How do you guys make images like that for your cars? Don't tell me Microsoft Paint free-hand...

That thing is ridiculous man. I can't believe it's taken me this long to click this thread. I absolutely LOVE what you've done, what a savagely cool project.

first off again sweet project never give up second love the wheels think they give it a nice old school look but some badass spoke wheels with wide gaps could look sweet too in a more mordern way third i think an ls1 swap would be perfect dfor this siltruck i mean torque in a truck right also for some reason a v8 swap seems to go with "old school theme" dont know why (mebe im crazy) third and (i know ill get alot of **** for this) i think some reinforcement of the rear unibody could be helpfull in the form of a trailor hitch lol mebe you could trailor ur tools to and from the track... or mebe thats for the next truck like the window.. any whicha way badass build verry jellous wana see it in person

The tool box is BOMB!

Guys, for those of you quibbling about this project and how it's being done, keep in mind one thing:

This thing is being done on a shoestring budget on a super-short timeframe by a couple guys who know S13's better than most folks here... Eddie and his Pops have a Coupe with a built CA, a SICK CA-powered hatch, a clean (and super-rare) maroon 'vert, and the dorifto-hauler.

And there's nothing "new-school" about a siltruck - It's about as old-school as you can get. The wheels are sweet.

I think it needs some 16x9 Wats or Panasports, personally.

Keep rockin', guys - The truck is looking awesome and I can't wait for it to debut in Carlisle!

Eh, not really feeling the back window part but the rest looks really good man. I seen one that had no window part at all, just empty space supported by the roll cage. It looked reallllly nice. I love these silcaminos or whatever people are calling them now. Grats! I wish I had the $$ and skill to do this.

Which means they are doing it totally wrong as you would have done it a different way and you are always right.

Dammit Ed, why didn't you consult Mike on the project and have him tell you how to do it the right way? Damn, you'd have a window and there would be no biatching in this tread. You should be demoted back to a member for not doing it the right way

Good job ed. I think it would look better with a window, but regardless it's bad ***. I wanna do one of these now for a parts truck.

I think that car is awsome, i could care less if it has or doesnt have a window, thats what side mirrors are for, if dumptrucks and semi's have no problem not seein out the back than its no problem for a small car, especially if its a track car anyway.

But I do know someone in Philly that has this done and he put a del sol window that goes up and down, wich is pretty damn cool.

I feel ya - I know where you're comin' from.

Sometimes it's not necessary for every single component to be "trendy" tho.

Restraint never goes out of style.

With that being said, Mike, you're gonna poop when you see MY latest.

OK, BACK TO TELLING ED HOW AWESOME HE IS.
