Eh. I'm tired of the wiring, fuel injection, newness of these cars. I want something old.

I want to build a full out drag car. I don't even like turning, so why have this? :P

Alright. So I've had some time to think of what I want to do.

VERDICT: Keeping the 240SX, taking out the built KA, and swapping something else in....

No no no. The 240 is staying. However, the motor is not. You'll have to wait and see :)

So here's a little update. As you guys know I took the motor out of the car...I have just decided to go through everything so when I'm done it feels like I'm driving a car that is super solid and perfect.

Today I did a little stitch welding in preparation for the power of the new motor...also, i will be installing a roll cage soon.

I kept the seat brackets as added supports as you might see in an S13 coupe...

Got halfway done with the strut tower and that's where i left off..

And this is how my car looks right now....

it might be huge, but it's lighter. At least just the engine is lighter. IDK how it compares in weight with a T-56 on it.

I sold my KA and have a bunch of money to pay for new LS parts. :)

I also tore down my motor to the block and everything looks SUPER low mileage and perfect. The spark plugs are still factory GM plugs and everything.

It's super clean and I probably won't even touch the bottom end.

Pics soon..

Here's some bad cell phone pics..all this stuff is boring anyway, no need for good pics.

So I sold my KA for really cheap...1700..

The 5.3 all torn down. Gonna start ordering parts here soon.

And the poor 240!

That's a lot of power...

Here's my passenger motor mount I made
holes still need to be drilled but i dont have a drill press and it takes too long with a normal drill

And my Manley 2.02" intake valves came in...along with my double roller timing chain (not pictured)
