Sorry for the lack of updates, I'm still alive lol.

I found out my car has been at 15 BTDC this whole entire time, took it to 20 BTDC and now it feels great haha.

My clutch master cylinder went out, and I was driving around for a while having to pump my clutch pedal like 1000 times before I would drive.

Well I finally replaced that and the slave, clutch feels great.

My car had some overheating issues, it would get to like the second notch before H, and then would go back down like 5 minutes after. Confused, I figured it was my water pump, and changed it. Still does it. Must be the thermostat or something. The old water pump was bad, though!

See!

Also...I got this... :ohno:

Not sure, it's just temporary, I got bored and wanted to try it. I'll sand it all off and re-paint it soon enough, I like doing that stuff.

So today I went to work on my car with intentions to fix every problem before boosting it.

The problems it had were:

- Wires held together with solder and electrical tape, so I removed the electrical tape, re-soldered, and heatshrinked.
- Overheating issues, even after changing water pump. Changed thermostat, fixed.
- Negative battery terminal was s***, changed that.
- 1.5K idle, fixed that. It was the throttle plate screw.

Antifreeze, thermostat, heatshrink

Yeah lol. I wanted my car to be running perfectly before I boost it. And now it does run perfectly, and it's much more enjoyable to drive.

It has no leaks whatsoever except a small PS leak.

i had a defective thermostat that looked like the one on the left, autozone brand. I got an OEM one. I recommend an oem one if you're gonna boost. Might as well be safe then sorry

I don't think Stant is autozone brand, and I'm sure it'll be fine. If it ends up being defective I'll replace it with the OEM one.

I put my interior back in my car, so it's more enjoyable to drive. Feels way better!

Also, does anyone know how to run water lines to the sr turbo?

Nevermind. Figured out how. You gotta run a 1/4" NPT x 5/16" hose straight fitting, and you can use the line that usually runs under your TB.

Image

And for the other water line, you have to run the same thing, but with one of these:

Image

Pretty easy. I thought it'd be a task, but nope.

Here's a comparison to show just how small a T25 is...I will definitely be upgrading this.

So I got my:

T25/T28 Manifold
Down Pipe
Hot Pipe
Blow off Valve
T25 SR20 Inlet and Outlet Pipes
Knock Sensor

I still need to get / wanting to buy(hint, hint):

Cold Pipe
Couplers, Clamps, Misc
SR20 Turbo Elbow
SR20 T25 Oil Return Tube
Spark Plugs
Oil Feed
Tune (But will probably run fmu for the time being...it's just a little t25)

Everything will be painted black by the way. I like my car, and I don't want it taken away from me. No flashy chrome pieces.

Once I finally finish that up, I'll be satisfied with the power...for a little bit. In that time, I can finally start working on my suspension/brakes/exterior.

Here's the last video that will ever be taken of my car in it's N/A form...

And also! I have these for sale. $120 O.B.O. S14 KYB AGX Adjustable Shocks W/ Eibach Sportline springs. One shock seems to be blown!!

Relocated my battery to my trunk today. Was way easier than I had thought. Didn't get to take any pictures, not like it really matters anyway...it's a battery.

I have all my turbo parts, except an oil-line kit. Still waiting on Z1 Motorsports to fix their website.

make sure you get a really good battery tiedown. because that black battery box from walmart is only good if you make good brackets that are metal. the platics ones that come with it break. i know this because i went sliding a bit. and the battery flipped over and then leaked acid into my spare tire compartment. will rust the s*** out of your spare well..

I don't slide my car that much if ever, so I'm not concerned about that.

I plan on putting 4 self tapping screws (1 at each corner of the box) to hold it down to the floor. Then I was going to install that box like normal, blah blah, and strap it down with some plumbers tape.

Fixed the last known problem on my car today. Bad knock sensor. This was actually very easy to change...don't understand why people say it's so hard.

LOL :wtf2:

Image

And since, :worthless: , I took a pic of my battery. I still have to get a box for it.

Image

And these things arrived today. Quick tap wastegate fitting from ATP turbo, and a T25 drain tube.

Image

And here's a real video of my car. Sound quality sucks, and it can't capture the exhaust sound...it's too loud. The slight rattling you hear is a f*cking annoying exhaust leak.

Also, my JEGS barb fitting for my oil drain arrived. They sent me 4 stickers and a hat, too!

Z1 Motorsports finally works again so I was able to order my oil line kit, and now I have everything :dblthumb:

Just waiting on shipping...

Please ignore the ziptie intercooler mounts (there are real mounts on the bottom), and the gatorade overflow bottle.
These are temporary.

It WAS a T25. I took everything off cause it just wasnt working right.

I know I'm gonna get s*** for this since my motor is built, but I'm sticking to T2 turbos. I like them.

Probably gonna get a GTiR T28, 550CC injectors, Z32 MAF, and a tune..hopefully I can get my FMU and turbo sold.

So, I went ahead and rebuilt my throttle body, cause the shaft was leaking.
Image
Image

Also, I had to add 3 inches to my downpipe, cause as some of you know, they have an issue with hitting the floorboard on KA-T setups.

Thanks!

You know, I really DONT know why it wasnt working. But it doesn't matter, I'm upgrading to a bigger turbo setup.

The T25 is for sale for 80 shipped, and my FMU is for sale for 120 shipped, less than 5 miles on it.

So I got installed my new throttle body that I rebuilt, since my old one had a bad seal.

After I got it installed the car was running funny and I remembered I had to set the TPS :rotfl

Back probe the middle wire, and touch the negative to ground.

Image

Make sure the voltage tester is on 20 VDC...

Image

My voltage was @ 0.54, which technically is in spec, but everyone says it needs to be at 0.50V, so that's what I did.

Image

I loosened the TPS bolts, and rotated it until I achieved this with the throttle completely closed:

Image

And this with the throttle wide open:

Image

Car runs great! :dblthumb:
