STILLEN is proud to offer NICOclub.com Altima enthusiasts a group buy price on the Injen intakes. We have come up with some great prices that will benefit all of us. We have worked with Injen to develop some special discounts and pricing for this program but there are some requirements. First, we need a minimum of 45 orders. Second, Injen is currently out of stock on these parts so we will not be able to ship immediately. It might take an extra week or two but the prices are well worth the wait and your card will not be charged until the intake ships. Third, this group buy will end on January 31st. This will give everyone plenty of time to order and also allows Injen time to catch up on their production. Shipping will be $9.95 to cover insurance and handling.

We would also like to offer another discount for all participating Altima owners. This Friday (January 18th) we will be ending the 10% discount on the new Altima exhaust. If you purchase the intake and exhaust at the same we will extend that 10% discount for you all the way through to the end of January.

Injen 2.5L intake for only $351.25 MSRP currently discounted to $238.16.Injen 3.5L intake for only $360.00 MSRP currently discounted to $243.36.

Online Coupon Code: INJENGB

To place your order you can either call in and speak with one of our sales reps. Make sure that you mention this group buy price, they will not be offering it to anyone besides NICOclub forum members. Or you can place your order online using this link with the online coupon code. The price won’t change during the shopping cart process, but we will change it immediately after, and your card will not be charged until the order is shipped.

Pretty cool, pretty cool.

Order made, thanks for the help with this. Will be a nice little addon for the Altima:)Ordered online, I hope the discount actually reflects in the final price, I really dislike having to do the 30 phone call after the fact thing to get things squared out.

Thanks Rob and Kyle!!! Just placed my order online with the coupon code!

I mostly just lurk on this forum, but let me just say that there is a great group here with many bright leaders like Rob who not only assist experienced modders with technical know-how, but also do a lot to help newbie car enthusiasts like myself understand the world of aftermarket parts.

This group-buy was a brilliant idea. I might never have bought that intake, but group-buy fever sucked me in!!! Thanks NICO - thanks Stillen. Good job all.

Great job on making this happen to both Rob and Kyle. I already purchased the injen (from Stillen) a couple months ago, but it's great to see people working together to make something like this happen, and Hopefully everyone comes through to make the 45 purchase mark! I personally have a new respect for Stillen after this and will gladly recommend them to mod'ers when mentioning a great place to purchase online aftermarket parts. 200$

Hi Everyone,I was going to wait and join this forum when my car came in but I could not wait. I have been "lurking" for a week or two . I am very impressed with the the way everyone helps each other with all sorts of projects. I have a Black 2.5 6MT Prem, Fog ect. on order since 1-07-08. (be here 4-8 weeks)My question is for Kyle at Stillen. I understand there are problems with one of the brackets for the manual trans on the Injen intake. Can I order the intake for the 2.5 MT and wait for the problems to be fixed? I would like to order the intake and exhaust. Question, What is the biggest difference between Cat-back and Axle back is it performance or just sound? Or both. Thanks

Welcome Keith!

I know you directed this question towards Kyle, but it is my understanding that Injen is still "R&D'ing" this issue. I believe they were having difficulty getting a 2.5 6MT in there to test. Unless they fix it by the time the group deal ends then you might not be in luck. Kyle might be able to give you more info on this since he is in contact with them frequently.

As for the exhaust. A cat-back is going to give you a greater HP increase as opposed to the Axel Back. The Axel back is merely replacing the muffler section. To reduce the full restriction on the stock exhaust, a cat-back would be ideal. Both are most likely going to achieve the same sound benefits.

-Tyler

BTW, lets keep this at the topic on hand. If folks have questions on the intake itself or how to install it there are separate threads for that.

I believe he asked "How to purchase one", but that leaves me puzzled as to why he would ask that in the thread that explains HOW to buy one

All how-to's and tutorials are linked to in the stickies on the forum.

Gentlemen thank you for all your efforts and input!

Its like X-Mas all over again!

@ Kyle, you mentioned that 45+ orders need to be put in, so if 40 people put in the order and don't meet the criteria, does that mean we will be charged the normal price or will our orders be cancelled?EDIT: So the exhaust and intake with the promo code works out to $915, Wadda ya say the promo code with both make it $899? LOL ok ok i'm not good at haggling! THANKS KYLE!

So what kinda discount do i get if i go for the INJEN and cat back at the same time??

I'm glad you guys like the Group buy so much. Let me answer a few of the questions that have come up.

Shipping to Canada- It all depends on where in Canada we're shipping to. If we're shipping it just over the border it won't be much. If we're shipping it to some of the isolated islands like Prince Edwards, it will be a bit more. For exact shipping quotes you can email me at [email protected] with your full address and exactly what you are looking to order (intake or intake and exhaust) and I will get the quote for you.

If we don't hit 45- If we get to 40 then we'll just order a few other intakes to meet the minimum requirements of Injen and keep them on the shelves for inventory. If we only get to 20 then we will have to contact all buyers and see how to move forward. We would still offer some sort of special price for you but it won't be able to be as low as the $200.00. Realistically it doesn't look like we'll have a hard time hitting our goal. You guys managed to get 40+ people interested within just a few days, we are offering this special through the end of the month. There should be enough time to reach that magic 45 number.

In regards to cat-back and axle back...Realistically you always want to go with a full cat-back. When you do an aftermarket exhaust you aren't just changing out the mufflers, you're also getting rid of the crush bends in the O.E. exhaust. This really frees up the airflow and makes the entire exhaust much more efficient. If you're looking for sound then you can do just the axle back and be very happy. If you want sound and performance then you're going to want to go with the complete cat-back.

Also regarding 2.5 MT intakes. We have worked with one of our customers and we may have come up with a fix for the 2.5 MT that will make the intake fit. I don't want to say exactly what it is yet because we are doing some testing still but I will let you know ASAP.
