I should have been a bit more clear in my explanation...Sorry.

We are doing pre-authorizations, basically meaning that we check with the bank to ensure that the funds are available. We won't actually take the money until the parts actually leave our warehouse. We want to get the pre-authorization because it helps to expedite the shipping. Instead of having to authorize 50 plus cards on the day that we're ready to ship we can just do this one time pre-auth and be good to go.

Sorry for the miscommunication.

I Just got an email from Margaret Lo... With the correct price... INJEN GB!
There were a couple of intakes that shipped today. We had a few in our inventory and we got those ones out so a few of the first buyers will have their intakes soon!

Seriously???

I have tried to reply to everyone today. did you send it directly to me? [email protected] or [email protected]?

If you didn't get a reply I am very sorry. I have received a lot of emails on this topic and I might have missed one but I've been keeping them open on my screen until I reply so that I didn't...

If you could please try sending it again I would appreciate it and promise an immediate response.

I'm new to the site and I saw this group buy for the intake and I was wondering if putting in the intake will void the warranty on the coupe. If someone could let me know I will order one asap to +1 the 45 group buy quota. Thanks.

Yeah i was wondering about that to... I think it should be fine unless something breaks as a direct result of the intake. Then you could always put the factory filter back in before you take it to the dealership.... But would still like to know if anyone knows for sure what this does to the warranty.

Same for a CatBack Exhaust.

Also, how often if ever do you need to clean or change the filter for this new intake??

There have been a couple of questions regarding warranty. Here is the LAW.

If anything happens to your vehicle the dealership/manufacturer has to prove that it was a direct result of the product that was installed. For the most part intakes and cat-back exhaust can not cause damage to your vehicle. Also, another thing to consider is that most dealerships around the country carry stillen performance products now.

In regards to cleaning your air filter. I recommend just keeping an eye on it. Most oiled filters actually become more efficient with a bit of dirt on them so prematurely changing it out could actually be worse in terms of performance. If you live in a dusty area then I would recommend taking a look at it every or every other time you change your oil...Not necessarily cleaning it that often but at least giving it a look.

Ok, sorry about my last post. I just got an e-mail with the correct price for the intake.

I can't wait. I was hoping since I ordered it last night mine would be one of the first to ship but it's not expected until the end of the month.

I think they have to wait to the end of the month to know if they get the 45 orders they need to make sure they can honor the price

I thought about that also, but they ahve already shipped a few that they had in stock! In any case, I'm pretty confident that we will reach the 45 mark, if not.... shame on you all for saying you would buy it and not following through

A friend of mine was on a SHO forum and no body would do a group buy with them anymore. Everytime they set one up everyone would back out.

I have to agree with Rob...I think we have a much better group of people and should have mo problem hitting this and hopefully doing more in the future.

Do we know how many have been ordered yet?

I just did a rought count and assuming all our Canadians go through with their orders... I counted 25+ people who have placed orders. More than half way there. So I don't think we'll have a problem reaching the goal.

Aww bummed that I got in with the first of the buyers and mine wont ship until the end of the month.... Sad:( Well I hope everyone is doing well:) It was *** cold out today and my poor Altima has to sleep in that all night... I wish I owned a house with a heated garage. I would buy her pillows and an engine warmer, maybe some tire warmers like the F1 racers use.... She'd be spoiled:) She certainly spoils me!

Hey guys,

We're about half way there. So far this is going very well. So well in fact that my managers are considering other items that we can organize for a group buy. Let's keep this going and hit our goal so I can continue offering you guys group buys and great specials!
