It's been quite the while since I had a chance to do anything on the car. My back is sore as hell most of the time since the accident (someone ran a red light and hit the front quarter on our Focus). Also, college is eating up a ton of my time.

The 240 wrapped up before storage for winter.

Sock, please don't let this die. I found this thread through a google search and I couldn't stop reading it. I've been reading it for almost three hours, and I hope you don't give up. I realize you said you were storing it for the winter, and I can appreciate that, but this thread is the most comprehensive build I've ever seen. It might not be the prettiest of builds, but look what you had to work with.

This car and your effort are nothing short of stellar. Please, Please update us in the spring time, or summer when you go back to work on it.

I hope you have some straps for those chocks.Get it? Chock straps.

Anyway, It's good to see another 240 get saved from the crusher. +1for taking all those pictures and for all the red "x's" too.

I came back to these forums after months to check this project, I expect more results soon (hopefully). I wish I could develop the kind of deteminaton you have and put it towards something that will reap rewards.

Just pulled the ol' Rusto out from winter storage. With the college term finishing up, some work should be getting done on it.

Turned out pretty well for being covered with only tarps during winter.

The rocker still looks great (IMHO).

Anyways, more work should be getting done in the near future.
