I did a boost leak test last night and i found alot of leaks, 2 of them where in the throttle body to the intake manifold and 3 in the weld where my BOV flange is welded then in another in one of my hot pipe its has a ultra tiny crack in it and the rest were in the silcone couplers and injector gromets.

See, the importance of a good boost leak test? Glad you found those leaks. BEFORE you go standalone, fix the leaks and check the wideband again! Just for me, I just hope the car leans out at idle and better during cruise with your current tune. If not, then by all means go AEM!

Yeah man I am for sure i was so happy when i found them I hopes by fixing all the leaks makes my car run like its supposed to I would think it would right, Thanks for letting me use your boost leak tester. When I was testing it i was spraying the pipes and couplers with windex and it just boggles my mind from where the leaks were comeing from:jawdrop . I could hear that distinct histing noise so I move my hand over the throttle body and could feel air comeing out from where the gaskit is. So I assumed that my TOPSPEED intake manifold is not exactly perfectly straight where the throttlebody mates with manifold flange so ill just go over it with some Ultra grey silcone RTV gaskit on both side of the gaskit. Then I heard another histing noise by the BOV I sprayed with windex and 3 bubbles start, Then I got to the hotside right off the intercooler and found a tiny tiny leak in the pipe where theirs a hair line crack in the weld.

so I need to get my Aluminum pipes re-welded again! and fix the throtlle body gaskit then adjust the couplers then test it again for any leaks and monitor the wideband and probly drive once it again after that.

Call "Weld Shop" off Preston in Pasadena, they did my Al piping, no leaks and pretty cheap too. He'd probably charge you 10 bucks to go back over the weld.

Heres a major UPDATE in my build that going to make everything better!!!

I orderd my AEM EMS S13 sr20detI allready purched my AEM AIT sensor brand newI allready purchased AEM 3.5 BAR MAP SENSOR 50psiI purchased a AEM OIL PREASURE GUAGEI purchased a Greddy oil filter relocation kit for S13 SR and it has ports to put in A Oil Temp Sensor and Oil preasure sensor.I purchased a Circuit sports pully Kit in Blue.I purchased the S13 SR Tomei coilpack plate in blue.I purchased the Blue Tomei piston style oil cap. Then i also bout a front main oil seal and a rear main oil seal.

Bad thing is, that my front main oil seal went out when my car was idleing the other day and i saw a 1ft by 1 ft puddle of oil on the ground right under my oil pan but i checked the dipstick and it still read it was full.

good part about that is, the front main seal car be accessed with the motor in the bay.

positron has a whole thread on replacing it. you just need a 37mm socket and a pulley remover for the crank pulley. your dealer will have the seal.

I can fetch the link if you cant find it.

P.S. (you could also save and get a JGY crank pulley, to complete your pulley ensemble, do it all at once )

Well i took my crank pully off yesterday and then started to clean it up while I was doing that; I found a crack running right down the middle of my crank pully on the back inner side .

Whoa! Are you going to replace it and if so, are you going to get another stock pulley or an aftermarket one?

i want to get the aftermarket ATI pully but i need a stock one for know probly **** i have no mony and know i need this really bad i didnt even know about it. It is a concern to me but should i worry about it or should just put it back on with the new seal and fix it when i get teh money for the new crank pully?

***EDIT*** OK i checkd and i had just enough to get the ATI SUPER DAMPNER Crank pully and i orderd it on phase2 be cuase they had the cheapst price around.
