ok heres a update.

I had to re-tap my peakboost exhuast manifold flange to turbo a little to get the bolts to thread in smoothly at first they wouldnt go in even 1.5 to 2 threds because the taping job was done 100% when they made it but i love it now. Now the turbo and wastgate are bolted on.

Im about to go heat wrap the downpipe from the turbo and bolt the exhuast on. And start mounting up the intercooler and pipeing im hopeing i can get it started up by tommorrow.

OK jordan i havea couple things to ask and point out.....

1. Is that the stock throttle body cable. mine isnt near that long and i wish it was.

2. your throttle body need polished lol. is that the stock sr throttle body

3. you should do a injector harness tuck liek i did on my car.

4. your intercooler is going to be to small for the power you want. i think.

5. interesting way you mounted the catch can. i am trying to do something a little bit more secure then zip ties.

6. where did you get your t bolt clamps from?

but it is looking great man. coming to getehr get that video uplaoded

Is that turbo blanket effective against the bay temps? I thought about getting one since I found out that wrapping the manifold could cause it to crack.

1. To answer that question yes i used the stock 240 throttle cable and stock SR throttle cable bracket now i thought you allready new this but when you use the greddy manifold you have to get and must get the S14 SR throttle body pully just for that it makes it look alot cleaner an you make use of the cable and stock SR throttle cable and stock sr bracket its like 25 bux on frsport read the product description http://www.frsport.com/Genuine....html . Anyway theirs a write up on it somewere but i think i said pretty much all their is for that issue good luck with it, it sure is clean lookin though.

2. lol i agree with you for both on question 2 yes yes.

3.yeah i relized that when i put the harness on but i will do that later for now its getting run smooth and fix any litle Vacume Leaks i might have.

4. like GTR-Pryde said my intercooler will be fine its actually perfect for my setup and its rated to hold up to 600HP its made by precision im very confident about it so dont worry ben. lol

5. yeah im trying not to use to many zipties i did that just to mount it and run my hose ill have it like that untill i can get a greddy catch can.

6. I got my T-Bolt clamps from ATPTurbo.com their made in the States too clampco. is whts engraved on the tbolt clamp

Good Question yes the turbo blaket does keep the temps down a little in the engine bay. It should help i did it because you can tell i had to do something about thae heat and it being really close to the brake lines and brake booster you know you have to then right.

Thanks for asking that its going to help other people understand it a bit more.

I know you've wrapped the dump tube, but I'd recommend that you move that wiring up higher or something so that it's not resting on the heat wrap.
