hey this is my project. my car has been sitting in the garage for about 8 months now and it SUX!!! i miss her...ayway itz all worth it sr swap,with a bunch of goodies, my front suspension is all done (just need the rear) and im doing the s13 silvia front conversion on it soon. itz freezing cold over here at chicago so imma have to wait until spring to finish it up i guess besides the 240 is useless here in winter time. haha i'll try to post pix of the car later

Nice i too am doing a silvia front on my 240 coupe and a SR this winter/spring. keep up the good work.

i havent done much to it yet. i have a bunch of stuff in my room that i haven't slapped on yet till summer most likely. tomei 550cc injectors, aem fuel rail and, 300zx maf and FPR and still debating on either the greddy ultimate or apexi afc for management. that damn manifold looks freaken great well thats just me! anyone know who got some silvia fenders for sale??

yeah the mani looks real good, i def want one. its smart to do all the work while its out of the car, thats how im gonna do my fc

yup i picked mine up for 350 from some guy that was selling it on ebay brand spanking new!! i thought it was cheap i believe they go for like over 500... isn't that a silEIGHTY because it has a silvia front end and a 240(180sx) rear??? i guess thats wat other people call it here since its a 240 in the states. wow ur's looks real damn good. if only mine looked like that haha

I just call mine a sil40 because I'm using the KA and not the SR. It Looks good I'm just hoping to sell it fast. My little girl needs braces.

I think people who call it a sil40 and say "ITS NOT A SIL80 BECAUSE ITS NOT A 180SX" are stupid and need to grow up.

This is not intended towards you, nof03. Nor Dattebayo incase he reads this thread. I just mean in general.

Yup, that is a nice manifold. And yes it's less of a headache later on to work on the motor while it's still out, that's what I'm doing now.

I agree with Teddy too, who cares if people say sil40 or sil80. I like to refer to my car as a 180sx sometimes because saying 240sx is a little broad (model and year).

i have a greddy intake mani, and its the ****! the only thing that sucks is you have to buy the greddy cold pipe which is like 80 bux

im building up a spare head and i wanna get the GReddy intake mani and install it on the head while its out then just drop it all in

totally agree, mines getting pretty damn close to being a replica of a type x 180sx, the aero, the motor, im trying to track down some small detail stuff now. but its pretty much a 180sx type x except im not going rhd. my rear glass pieces say 180sx and i dot care if ppl dont like it

yea thats true u have to buy the cold pipe for it... i got it for 70. i have the coldpipe for the oem manifold. it came with the greddy intercooler kit i bought so i dont need it. anyone interested its brand new untouched.

yup anyone talk to me its here if u need it!!! also does anyone know about a good brand throttle body besides the tomei?? i know i can use the q45 90mm but thats just too big. besides i want a NEW one. any1 hot pics of their sr20 setup??

when u tell me not to be shy posting pics u've opened the flood gates, lolmines no where near done but when i bought the carand nowand finally my helpi dont have any really current pics but i'll get some. since these pics its been cleaned up a little and had a minor wire tuck w/ more to follow

nice, you should clean up that engine bay a little bit. im surpriced u kept the belt driven fan... u kept a/c??

hellz no, no ac on the car. it had the clutch fan and e fans are like $250ish and hasnt been at the top of my priority list, like i said its been cleaned up a lot since the pics. it just just really dusty from doing the body work

why thank you, im gonna finish the tuck shortly and install more electronics. and yes the stock turbo manifold looks very bad, i have a new XS power manifold sitting here ready to go no
