i love this thing so much. transmission shifts like butter after this shift knob and a change of the gear oil. Plus, i have hello kitty to battle the elements!

Sparco whatever knob. I like it because it doesn't transfer heat too well. Gets sun hot though (audio unit face bag cover it in summer lol).Didn't have the original plastic inserts that work with the set screws, so I used some fuel line and tightened the set screws on to that.

I like it because it covers the round boot joint where the boot is joined together around the shift lever.

Where did you get that shift boot ?

Oh man probably was one of my first mods to my first 240 because I bought it w/o a shift boot in 2006? Just a random ebay suede shift boot. Not sure if they make em anymore.

I really liked the feel and weightedness (that a word? lol) of it. Drove one on a Honda si too and it had a great feel. Fairly cheap too.

I just got this from my sister, she's a bartender and I guess this was a tap also. Don't know what kind of beer yet but I like the thing. It does feel like your driving a truck but once I get a short shifter it'll be perfect probably. All I need to do is remove the brass fitting thats in there and switch it to the right thread size.

i love my beer tap its long 12 inches, and obnoxious, and its got weight to it , it also makes shifting so easy because you have so much leverege i have many beer tap shift knobs, im kinda crazy about shift knobs.....idk how many more times i can say shift knobs lol shift knobs shift knobs shift knobs shift knobs

just made this one the other day. i took my aluminum knob i made, and took a fake dink i got my room mate for her birthday, heated it up in the oven and forced it on with some vaseline.
you feel pretty gay when youre grippin' the grain while changin' the lane. but its a good conversation piece, and the ladies love to touch it

i got rid of it. lol, i felt too wierd with it. im back to the greddy counterweight now +1 on the mushroom snake comment though ive never heard that one before

I used to have a big dildo shift knob but kinda got over that phase and went with something a little cleaner and more classy looking a R32 GTR shift knob
